★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar muito no atendimento inicial ao cliente (recepção). Marquei com antecedência, cheguei 10 minutos antes do horário e após aguardar 25 minutos fui informada que deveria esperar por mais 15 min. Fui embora e nem um pedido de desculpas recebi.
It needs to improve a lot in the initial customer service (reception). I booked in advance, I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and after waiting 25 minutes I was told I should wait for another 15 min. I left and I didn't even receive an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As profissionais q me atenderam são boas, depiladora Damiana, podóloga Fernanda e manicure Vanessa. Porém, a administração da agenda é sofrível, assim como a incapacidade da recepcao em atender e alocar, de maneira confortável, quem precisa esperar, por falta de aviso aos clientes que a hora marcada terá atraso de 20/30 minutos (!!!). Treinamento de pessoal no receptivo, organização do espaço é dever do dono do estabelecimento. Espero q no futuro a casa possa receber melhor.
The professionals who attended me are good, epilator Damiana, podiatrist Fernanda and manicure Vanessa. However, the administration of the agenda is poor, as well as the inability of the reception to answer and allocate, in a comfortable way, those who need to wait, due to lack of notice to customers that the scheduled time will be delayed by 20/30 minutes (!!!) .
