Me senti muito bem recepcionada. E o atendimento das depiladoras(destaque p/Andressa) é impecável. Podem confiar! Voltarei e indicarei para muitas amigas.
 I realized myself in this unit! Very elegant environment, structured and perfectly organized booths, where the identifications of each professional as well as their certificates are displayed. I felt very well received. And the service of epilators (highlighted by Andressa) is impeccable. You can trust! I will come back and refer to many friends.

Já precisei usar o serviço de outro lugar com nome forte no mercado de depilação, e paguei, algumas vezes, por um serviço que dois dias depois os pelos já estavam espetando, e pagar por um serviço desses não deixa ninguém feliz, pelo contrário!!! Pressa demais leva a imperfeição!! ...mas não se compara as profissionais do Pelo Zero, que são simpáticas, simples e, acima de tudo, procuram fazer o melhor trabalho possível.

I really like ... especially the Tijuca and Sete de Setembro branches (Diana and Gisele), I highly recommend it !!!
I already had to use the service from another place with a strong name in the hair removal market, and I paid, sometimes, for a service that two days later the hair was already pricking, and paying for such a service does not make anyone happy, on the contrary !! ! Too much haste leads to imperfection !! ... but there is no comparison to the professionals at Pelo Zero, who are friendly, simple and, above all, try to do the best job possible.

The worst experience ever. I went there several times but this time it hit the bottom. The girl who did the waxing was totally rude to me and did ugly face. The wax itself is too hot and left my skin bleeding. I even got some bruises and the whole area is red. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
