★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Comprei uma mercadoria que não serviu, trocaram por uma outra MUUUUITO INFERIOR, pelo mesmo valor.
E na loja tem uma folha de sulfite anexada na parede dizendo que trocam a mercadoria MAS NÃO DEVOLVEM O DINHEIRO.
Primeira e última vez nesta loja.
 Terrible attendance. I bought a merchandise that didn't fit, they exchanged it for another MUCH INFERIOR one, for the same value.
And in the store there is a sheet of bond attached to the wall saying they exchange the merchandise BUT DON'T RETURN THE MONEY.
First and last time in this store.

Após alguns dias voltei a loja para verificar, e me passaram um orçamento de 180 reais.
Resolvi não fazer pois o preço da mão de obra ficou muito acima de minhas expectativas. Ao receber o ventilador de volta verifiquei que outra parte havia sido quebrada. Fato que ocorreu após ter deixado o aparelho para análise.
Ao questiona-los eles disseram que já estava quebrado.
Não estava quebrado. Agiram de má fé. Empresa desonesta.

aparelho preparada para pagar os 95,00 para minha surpresa me desmentiram dizendo que jamais seria esse valor e nem pix aceitavam!Indignada pq falei com um rapaz por duas vezes por telefone , infelizmente errei e não peguei o nome da pessoa.Mas enfim não recomendo, péssimo atendimento!Um desencontro de informações me senti muito mal!!!

Cobram pelo orçamento e meu ventilador foi fazendo barulho no motor e voltou sem funcionar de vez e sem concerto?já levei um ferro de passar e deixei lá, um microondas tbm deixei e agora um ventilador muito estranho isso... dessa vez ñ deixei . ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma airfryer em março de 2021 e até hoje ñ devolveram alegando que a resistência está em falta. Fomos buscar sem efetuar o serviço duas vezes, e ñ entregaram pois estava desmontada. Conclusão nem quero mais o produto pois nem sei em que condições se encontra. Minha sorte é que ñ paguei valor algum. Confiava no serviço, eu e minha familia costumavamos utilizar o serviço e era mto bom. Porém depois desse episodio nunca mais volto. Fora o atendimento pelo telefone de uma moça mto mal educada. Descaso total!
I left an airfryer in March 2021 and to date they have not returned it claiming the resistance is lacking. We picked it up without doing the service twice, and they didn't deliver it because it was disassembled. Conclusion I don't even want the product anymore because I don't even know what condition it is. My luck is that I didn't pay any amount. I trusted the service, my family and I used to use the service and it was very good. But after this episode I never come back. Aside from the phone service of a very rude girl. Total disregard!

Sao bem antigos aqui na Penha, uso o serviço deles há algum tempo e nunca tive problema.
