A mesa foi levada para conserto e ainda assim, retornou com as medidas erradas e empenada. O proprietário me assegurou a troca da mesma... Cada vez que nos comunicamos, uma desculpa diferente! Péssimo atendimento, péssima qualidade, não percam seu tempo e dinheiro!
I have been waiting for eight months to change a dining table, which was made with the wrong measurements. The table was taken for repair and yet returned with the wrong measurements and committed. The owner assured me to exchange it ... Each time we communicate, a different excuse! Bad service, poor quality, do not waste your time and money!

Pedi o cancelamento do pedido e a restituição do valor que foi antecipado e também falharam.
Péssimo atendimento e, diante das atitudes, passo a questionar a idoneidade da loja.
Péssimo pós venda
I asked for an oratory to be made and they did not contact me and were late.
I asked for the cancellation of the order and the refund of the amount that was anticipated and also failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um rack na PerfiArte em Março de 2016 e veio sem os pés do móvel, pedimos diversas vezes para que o responsável (Caio) viesse resolver o problema, porém em todas as vezes havia uma desculpa e até hoje DEZEMBRO 2017 não recebemos o restante da mercadoria que foi PAGA!!
Não conte com prazos e nem promessas do proprietário, infelizmente confiamos no trabalho da PerfiArte e nos decepcionamos.
NAO PAGUEM ANTECIPADO!!!!
We bought a rack at PerfiArte in March 2016 and it came without the feet of the furniture, we asked several times for the person in charge (Caio) to come and solve the problem, but at all times there was an excuse and until today DECEMBER 2017 we have not received the rest of the merchandise that was PAID !!
Don't count on deadlines or promises from the owner, unfortunately we trust the work of PerfiArte and are disappointed.
DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA NENHUMA QUE OUTRAS PESSOAS FAÇAM NEGÓCIOS COM ELE, É DOR DE CABEÇA NA CERTA!!!!!
O drama se iniciou no dia 07/10/17 quando encomendei e PAGUEI 3 prateleiras com o Caio (proprietário da loja). O prazo de entrega era até o dia 14/10/17, porém não entregaram e nem se quer deram uma satisfação.
Depois de enviar VÁRIAS mensagens via WhatsApp (diversas sem resposta), cada hora recebia uma desculpa diferente (problemas de mão-de-obra, problemas de transporte do móvel, dificuldade de enviar um funcionário para entregar o móvel, etc), dei um prazo máximo de entrega no dia 23/11/17 e obvio que não recebi um respaldo, esperei ainda mais (sempre cobrando por mensagem) até o dia 30/11/17 quando solicitei o reembolso do valor pago.
O Caio me prometeu que me pagaria até o dia 31/11/17, mas aí se iniciou O SEGUNDO INFERNO.. Inicialmente inventou que precisaria de 5 dias para pagar, mas claro que isto não ocorreu.
A próxima desculpa é que eu me pagaria em 3x (pois paguei no crédito) e depois de MUITO INSISTIR, ele depositou 1/3 do valor (R$200) e até hoje 19/12/17 não cumpriu com seu dever de reembolsar o valor pago.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANY OTHER PEOPLE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM, IT'S RIGHT HEADACHE !!!!!
The drama started on 10/07/17 when I ordered and PAID 3 shelves with Caio (store owner). The delivery deadline was until 10/14/17, but they did not deliver nor did they want to be satisfied.
After sending MULTIPLE messages via WhatsApp (several unanswered), each hour I received a different excuse (problems with labor, problems with transporting the furniture, difficulty sending an employee to deliver the furniture, etc.), I gave a deadline maximum delivery on 11/23/17 and of course I did not receive a support, I waited even longer (always charging per message) until 11/30/17 when I requested a refund of the amount paid.
Caio promised me that he would pay me until 11/31/17, but then THE SECOND HELL started. Initially he invented that he would need 5 days to pay, but of course this did not happen.
The next excuse is that I would pay myself in 3x (because I paid on credit) and after VERY INSISTING, he deposited 1/3 of the amount (R $ 200) and until today 12/19/17 he has not fulfilled his duty to repay the amount paid out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Nunca mais eu compro nada com ele. Um móvel q me prometeu em 20 dias demorou 50 dias e até para entregar foi muito difícil. O Caio não cumpre com prazo q foi combinado.
Terrible attendance. I never buy anything from him again. A mobile that promised me in 20 days took 50 days and even to deliver was very difficult. Caio does not meet the deadline that was agreed.
