★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos da Phebo são incríveis e isso não se discute. A minha questão é: como que em pleno século 21 ainda se faz promoção com letrinhas miúdas? Se uma promoção de descontos progressivos é para uma linha de produtos, e essa promoção foi reforçada pelo vendedor, não existe essa de: ah, mas ela só vale pra tais e tais produtos. Pra esse não vale.
Fiquei extremamente desapontado tamanha falta de respeito e comunicação interna. Levei os produtos que havia escolhido, mas reduzi pela metade o valor que eu gastaria.
Phebo's products are amazing and that's not in dispute. My question is: how is it that in the 21st century, promotion is still done in fine print? If a progressive discount promotion is for a product line, and that promotion was reinforced by the seller, there is no such thing as: oh, but it only applies to such and such products. It's not worth it for this one.
I was extremely disappointed with such a lack of respect and internal communication. I took the products I had chosen, but I halved the amount I would spend.
