Deixei minha bike pra revisão numa tarde e o rapaz que atendeu disse que estaria pronta às 16hs do dia seguinte. Cheguei lá 16:30 e não estava.
O mesmo, ao invés de pedir desculpas pelo ocorrido, só falou que não estava pronta e esperou que eu perguntasse quanto tempo iria demorar.
Assim que perguntei ele disse que seria 30 minutos. Eu, claro, não pude esperar. Paguei o serviço e fui pra casa.
No dia seguinte fui buscar e ao receber a bicicleta eu disse: Obrigado, já está paga desde ontem quando vim buscar. Ele na minha frente perguntou pro colega se era verdade o que eu estava dizendo.
Odeio gente que desconfia de mim, ainda mais na minha cara. Poderia ao menos ter esperado eu sair e perguntava pro colega.
Não volto mais. 2 estrelas só por conta da qualidade dos equipamentos vendidos.

I left my bike for review one afternoon and the guy who answered said it would be ready at 4 pm the next day. I got there at 4:30 pm and I wasn't there.
The same, instead of apologizing for what happened, just said he wasn't ready and waited for me to ask how long it would take.
As soon as I asked he said it would be 30 minutes. I, of course, couldn't wait. I paid for the service and went home.
The next day I went to get it and when I received the bike I said: Thank you, it has been paid since yesterday when I came to get it. He in front of me asked the colleague if what I was saying was true.
I hate people who are suspicious of me, especially in my face. He could at least have waited for me to leave and asked his colleague.
I won't be back. 2 stars only because of the quality of the equipment sold.

Sorte minha ter marcado o arco frouxo, estava da mesma forma. Talvez o dono desta empresa não tenha ciência do que os funcionários me aprontaram. pessosas

Hj pela manhã, apareci na loja e, mesmo com quase 10 minutos no local, o(os) vendedor(es) não se deu ao trabalho nem de dar bom dia. Passava por mim, como se eu não estivesse ali, e em nenhum momento deu qualquer tipo de “satisfação” (ex: “só um minuto que já lhe atendo”, “o que o Sr deseja”). Parece até que estava para me
fazer um favor. Diante disso, resolvi ir à Vow Bikes. Lá tive atenção e atendimento espetaculares. Recomendo demais. Quanto à Barcellos Sports, espero que o dono adote alguma providencia. Ou, caso tenha sido ele mesmo a figura que nos ignorou, ou ache que não precise de qualquer ajuste na empresa, que feche as portas e dê lugar a quem realmente quer trabalhar.
