Unfortunately I had a bad feeling with the store, they sent my mother's name to the SPC because of 37 reais they didn't send the invoice for the annuity fee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, fui levar o atestado de óbito da minha mãe fiquei 1 hora aguardando pois só tinha um atendente para bloqueio de cartão uma vergonha. E ainda não me entregaram nenhum documento confirmando o cancelamento, irei ligar na central.
Delayed care, I took my mother's death certificate, I was waiting for 1 hour because there was only one attendant to block the card, a shame. And they still haven't given me any document confirming the cancellation, I'll call the center.

A lentidão e o aborrecimento dos funcionários é demais

Sempre demora sem falar na falta de qualidade do atendimento das atendentes.

But the service at this place surpasses all the worst services I've ever had
The slowness and annoyance of employees is too much

But the worst part is going to the cashiers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles ficam anunciando toda hora no microfones que precisam de funcionários nos setores e que é pra ficar bem atentos!... sei lá... acho que por centro eles devem ter medo de roubos, algo assim... sei lá... não tem um clima legal...
They keep announcing on the microphones all the time that they need employees in the sectors and that they have to be very attentive!... I don't know... I think that by center they must be afraid of theft, something like that... I don't know... It doesn't have a nice atmosphere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente cancelaram meu cartão de crédito, troquei de número não consegui atualizar no site, não sabia que tinha anuidade fui parar no SPC paguei quando fiquei sabendo agora só depois de 5 anos segundo a loja me informou. Covardes
They simply canceled my credit card, I changed my number, I couldn't update it on the site, I didn't know I had an annual fee I ended up at the SPC I paid when I found out now only after 5 years according to the store informed me. Cowards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei as promoções, mas os colaboradores do Caixa te empurram juros, e colocam seguro quando fazem biometria facial, achei sem ética essa empresa, não podem submeter os clientes a essa situação, depois vc que se vire pra tirar os seguros
I loved the promotions, but the Caixa employees push interest on you, and insure you when they do facial biometrics, I found this company unethical, they can't subject customers to this situation, then you have to turn around to take out the insurance
