★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei o atendimento pelo whats. No começo eles respondiam, depois simplesmente pararam. Fiquei mais de quinze dias tentando e meus contatos foram ignorados. Tinha urgência em contratar o serviço, mas talvez por não ser nada grande, a empresa não deu nenhuma atenção ou satisfação.

De fato foram enviados os orçamentos citados na reposta, porém isso ocorreu após várias tentativas minhas sem resposta. Não agi de má fé, tentei de fato contratar o serviço mas, infelizmente, o atendimento deixou a desejar. A empresa deveria ao invés de insultar os possíveis clientes que a avaliam, entender as colocações feitas para melhorar seus serviços. Ninguém é perfeito e nenhuma empresa também. Arrogância nunca cai bem.
I tried the service by whats. At first they answered, then they just stopped. I spent more than fifteen days trying and my contacts were ignored. There was an urgency to hire the service, but perhaps because it was nothing big, the company paid no attention or satisfaction.

In fact, the quotes quoted in the response were sent, but this occurred after several unanswered attempts by me. I did not act in bad faith, I did try to hire the service but, unfortunately, the service left something to be desired. The company should, instead of insulting the possible customers who evaluate it, understand the positions made to improve its services. Nobody is perfect and neither is company. Arrogance never goes well.
