funcionário não preparado para atendimento correto informações desencontrada retorno não feito serviço a executado prazo de Lei ultrapassado ,mas a cobrança da seguranda ja foi executado e o serviço não prestado o que me diz fico no aguardo e nada acontece nesta segunda irei levar até este lindo predio entregar a esta empresa WHIRLPOOL proprietária da empresa BRASTEMP o produto de boa qualidade que me foi vendida e não foi prestado a divida prestação de serviço no momento solicitado pela mesma que dizer toda segunda feira vai ser feito o serviço e pergunto de que semana ,mês pois preciso me programa . o Produto e um Lindo Fogão de 5 boca mas o fogo não suporto o calor do mesmo ao assar um bolo e é um produto de qualidade que talvez não foi aprovado pelo imetro e que sofre sou eu sem fogão a 41 dias será que vão lever e descartar ou alguém vai verificar a minha revolta de paga e não ter o produto sou capaz de levar a casa de ;;;;; diretor e deixa la talvez será util a ele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei em relação a empresa... Mas os gerentes não tem caráter nenhum, os gerentes Lúcio Lessa Leaes e Luiz Fernando Moreirao ligaram pro meu sobrinho prometendo uma vaga de emprego... Mas a entrevista era só pra extrair informações de mercado... Depois conseguimos confirmar com outras pessoas da empresa que não existia vaga nenhuma no departamento deles... Um verdadeiro absurdo com o índice de desemprego em 14% dois gerentes brincarem assim com a expectativa de um desempregado... Quem for fazer entrevista nesse lugar cuidado...

Não tem um canal de comunicação com o cliente... Experiência bem ruim.
