 Excellent service, friendly, polite and kind staff. Products of great taste and quality. I found what I was looking for. To close with the golden key I still savored a delicious brownie with chocolate syrup and a coffee. Highly recommend!

Depois que descobriram que o produto que eu estava procurando eles não teriam para venda, a atendente sequer levantou-se para mostrar uma idéia de um material que eles teriam para eu me basear onde fosse comprar algo parecido.
Poderia ser mais Cortez e sensível com o cliente, continuando o atendimento. Não é por que não tem a mercadoria que se perde o interesse em ajudar o possível futuro cliente né.
Weak service, too cold.
After they found out that the product I was looking for they didn't have for sale, the clerk didn't even get up to show me an idea of a material they would have for me to base myself on where I was going to buy something like that.
Could be more courteous and sensitive with the customer, continuing the service. It's not because you don't have the merchandise that you lose interest in helping the possible future customer, right.

I was extremely well taken care of by Priscila... within the agreed time frame, the blinds were installed and as planned. The price met my expectations, being the lowest of all surveyed companies in the industry. I'm just praise!
