Em primeiro lugar, ficaram me jogando para um e outro vendedor.
Ninguém queria me atender, pois fui comprar simplesmente um perfil para manutenção de um piso laminado.
E não consegui o quê precisava, pois na loja não tinha nada nem parecido com o que eu procurava.
Uma pena, pois eles me venderam o piso.
E não consegui o material para manutenção.

Pós venda e péssimo. Recebi o piso e, logo após, tentei diversas vezes tentei agendar a vistoria com o vendedor para confirmar o cálculo de medida e o mesmo informou que não seria necessário.
Resumo: no meio do processo de instalação fui informada que teria que comprar mais pisos e rodapés para concluir a instalação e ALÉM DISSO, pagar diretamente ao instalador um valor de aproximadamente R$250 por metade um quarto pequeno de apartamento. Na hora de confrontar com o vendedor essa informação, o mesmo não deixava eu falar no telefone, disse que informei metragem errada (SENDO QUE NO LOJA ESTAVA COM A PLANTA DO APARTAMENTO) e foi um irônico. Hoje, após 1 mês de instalação, ainda não recebi meus rodapés, que foram PAGOS, e cobro semanalmente e o mesmo informam que estão em falta. Atendimento do vendedor péssimo, não COMPREM NESSA LOJA

Summary: In the middle of the installation process I was informed that I would have to buy more floors and baseboards to complete the installation and FURTHER, pay the installer directly an amount of approximately R$250 for half a small room of an apartment. When confronting this information with the seller, he wouldn't let me talk on the phone, he said that I informed the wrong footage (SINCE I HAD THE PLAN OF THE APARTMENT IN THE STORE) and it was ironic. Today, after 1 month of installation, I still haven't received my footers, which were PAID, and I charge them weekly and they inform me that they are missing. Bad seller service, do not BUY IN THIS STORE

porem os instaladores tem muito problemas com carro, o mesmo quebrou 2 vezes em 1 semana, atrasando toda minha obra.
Se você estiver com dias contado, não indico essa empresa, pois não cumprem prazo!
No 1 dia chegaram as 15:00 para fazer o nivelamento do piso, pois tinha quebrado o carro, ou seja no outro dia não estava seco para fazer a instalação e já atrasou 1 dia!
No outro dia instalaram 95% dos pisos, porem não terminaram pois precisava contar um pedaço da porta, se comprometeram a voltar no outro dia as 09:00, mas pôs incrível que pareça o carro quebrou de novo, o telefone do instalador ficou desligado não consegui falar com ele.
Estou aqui as 15:00 da tarde esperando o instalador

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ na hora da compra uma maravilha.na instalaçao começa a decepção.um pedaço de perfil de porta que não mandaram e sugeriram pra retirar na loja ou pagar um Uber.180,00 .vendedoras confusas que nao sabem finalizar a venda nem agradar o cliente. sem nenhum Filing para resolver pequenas coisas, sem nenhum profissionalismo. o instalador voltou para "pasmem", colou o perfil e ainda cobrou R$ 100,00 .paguei R$ 50,00. eque não deveria pagar nada. depois de 24 hrs descolou. serviço sujo. pra mim nunca mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp pedindo um orçamento na terça feira de manhã na loja da vila Mariana (hoje é sexta) e me falaram que a vendedora ia entrar em contato para passar o orçamento. Liguei no final do dia para cobrar e me disseram que ela estava em atendimento e que assim que terminasse entraria em contato.
Hoje mandei um WhatsApp reclamando do descaso da vendedora e falei que ia colocar uma reclamação aqui no Google aí 10 minutos depois a vendedora ligou. Engraçado que só porque eu falei que ia reclamar eles arrumaram tempo né?
Felizmente ja fechei o serviço com outra empresa que tem um ótimo atendimento e que realmente precisam trabalhar e atendem os clientes

Today I sent a WhatsApp complaining about the salesperson's neglect and said I was going to put a complaint here on Google and 10 minutes later the saleswoman called. Funny that just because I said I was going to complain they made time, right?
Fortunately I have already closed the service with another company that has great service and that really need to work and serve customers
