Depois de quase um ano e meio morando num apartamento que foi alugado na Personal tive o desprazer de falar com a Gerente de Locação , desde do primeiro contato percebi que não tem o mínimo de Educação para Tratar um cliente , chegou ao ponto de questionar no telefone que eu não era correto ao avisar que tinha um suporte de Shampoo e Sabonete quebrado .Frase utilizada pela pessoa que representa a empresa ..`` Se você é tão correto assim porque você não arrumou o suporte antes de sair do imóvel ´´
Isso porque a primeira coisa que eu fiz na vistoria de saída foi avisar que estava quebrado e poderia me cobrar , foi cobrado 150 reais de um suporte que não custa nem 50....Entreguei o apartamento em estado de novo tudo zero, como se o apartamento nunca tivesse morado ninguém e ficaram questionando diversas coisas que não existia . Aluguei outro apartamento com eles que irei devolver pq na vistoria de entrada eles colocam que está tudo em perfeito estado e na de saída contestam diversas coisas .SOU EXTREMAMENTE CHATO COM IMÓVEL E QUANDO ESTOU LOCANDO CUIDO COMO SE FOSSE MEU .
DICA PRA QUEM NÃO QUER ENTRAM EM FURADA !!!!! PERSONAL NUNCA MAIS !!!!!!!
VALE RESSALTAR O ATENDIMENTO DO CORRETOR DOUGLAS , EXEMPLO DE PROFISSIONALISMO , SEMPRE DANDO UMA BAITA ATENÇÃO . ELE DEVERIA DAR UMA AULA PARA O ADMINISTRATIVO DESTA IMOBILÍARIA DE COMO TRATAR UM CLIENTE .
Apart from the assistance provided by Broker Douglas, the rest was ridiculous !!!!
After almost a year and a half living in an apartment that was rented at Personal I had the displeasure of talking to the Lease Manager , from the first contact I realized that I do not have the minimum education to treat a client , it even got to the point of questioning on the phone that I wasn't correct when I warned that I had a broken Shampoo and Soap stand. Phrase used by the person representing the company ..`` If you're so correct why didn't you fix the stand before leaving the property ´´
That's because the first thing I did at the exit inspection was to inform me that it was broken and could charge me, I was charged 150 reais for a support that doesn't even cost 50.... I delivered the apartment in new condition, all zero, as if the apartment had never lived in anyone and they were questioning several things that did not exist. I rented another apartment with them which I will return because at the entrance inspection they say that everything is in perfect condition and at the exit they contest several things.
TIP FOR THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO ENTER DRILLED !!!!! PERSONAL NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
DOUGLAS BROKER'S SERVICE IS RELEVANT, AN EXAMPLE OF PROFESSIONALISM, ALWAYS GIVING GREAT ATTENTION. HE SHOULD TEACH A CLASS FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE OF THIS REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT ON HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.
