★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há aproximadamente 1 ano atrás fiz o tratamento de depilação a laser. Após as 10 sessões q meu pacote me dava direito, cerca de 90 % dos pêlos da virilha permaneciam. Entrei em contato com a responsável pelo tratamento e expliquei minha situação, a mesma me propôs fazer 5 sessões adicionais que resolveria. Tentei negociar o valor porém sem resposta, e partir daí não responderam mais as minhas dúvidas e questionamentos. Simplesmente ignoraram a situação. Enfim gastei um alto valor e não tive NENHUM resultado e nem respostas, mesmo estando disposta a ainda tentar prosseguir o tratamento. Decepcionante!
Quando uma amiga me falou das sessões de criolipólise fiquei super animada, mas quando vi que era a mesma clínica foi um banho de água fria pq perdi completamente a confiança e não indicaria pra ninguém...
About 1 year ago I had laser hair removal treatment. After the 10 sessions my package gave me, about 90% of the groin hair remained. I contacted the controller and explained my situation, she proposed to me to do 5 additional sessions that would solve. I tried to negotiate the value but no answer, and from then on they did not answer my doubts and questions. They simply ignored the situation. Finally I spent a high value and had no results and no answers, even though I was still willing to try to continue the treatment. Disappointing!
When a friend told me about the cryolipolysis sessions I was very excited, but when I saw that it was the same clinic it was a cold water bath because I completely lost confidence and would not indicate to anyone ...
