★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa nossa para comprar uma roupa cirúrgica para minha cadela e acabei comprando pacote de ração de 15k da marca Total Naturalis de Frango, Peru e Frutas. No qual com período muito curto foi observado larvas nessa ração onde entramos em contato com o fabricante que prestou total atendimento em resolver o problema nos passando o protocolo para efetuar a troca. Chegando na loja para efetuar a troca com o protocolo na mão a Sra. Antonia com a menor das vontades informou que não tinha recebido qualquer informação do fabricante que que não poderia fazer a troca. Se quer procurou entrar em contato ou fazer o possível para solucionar o problema do cliente ali presente. Peguei a ração e voltei totalmente infeliz com atendimento dessa loja.

If you tried to contact or do your best to solve the problem of the customer there. I took the ration and came back totally unhappy with the service from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um excelente atendimento! As veterinárias são muito boas e preocupadas de fato com o bem estar dos pets e realmente amam os bichinhos! Minhas cachorrinhas são tratadas com mto carinho e atenção! O preço é acessível a consulta está R$80 e o pet shop tem bastante variedade de marcas o q possibilita atender à várias diversidades de clientes! A única coisa ruim é que por ser um consultório pequeno não tem internação e nem laboratório próprio!
Outstanding service! Veterinarians are very good and actually concerned about the welfare of pets and really love the pets! My puppies are treated with warmth and attention! The price is accessible to the query is $ 80 and the pet shop has enough variety of brands that allows to meet the various diversities of customers! The only bad thing is that because it is a small office there is no hospitalization and no laboratory of its own!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como petshop eh muito bom. Recentemente contrataram um tosador que machucou minha cadela toda!! Me ofereceram suporte para os danos na cadelinha. Atendimento excelente, mas a toda POR ENQUANTO deixa a desejar. Já foi muito boa. Espero que a PetShop invista em tosadores treinados e não qualquer vagabundo que diga que sabe "tosar"!
As petshop it is very good. I recently hired a groomer who hurt my whole dog !! I was offered support for the damage to the dog. Excellent service, but at all WHILE it leaves something to be desired. It was already very good. I hope that PetShop invests in trained groomers and not any tramp who says he knows how to "groom"!
