★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, meu cachorro ficou o dia inteiro, não tosaram e como eu não pude buscar, ficou a tarde inteira lá. Chegando em casa ele estava todo encolhido, nunca vi ele deste jeito. Tenho certeza que o maltrataram, mas como ele não pode falar... Nem sei como este lugar ainda está aberto... Não recomendo a ninguém!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiencia impossivel. Nao merece nem uma estrela. Me entregou a cachorrinha sem pelo e sem banho. Colocou um perfume para disfarcar. Pedi uma coisa e quando cheguei nao reconheci minha cachorrinha e o que e pior nao sabe nem usar a maquina. Nao queria nem postar, mas dtesto esse tipo de gente, vendem gato por lebre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO!!! Resgatamos um cachorro q foi abandonado e levamos para tomar banho e tosar. Ele voltou SUJO, cheio de remela dura e pelo embolado no rosto. A tosa foi feita de forma porca. Passaram um perfume para disfarçar, mas na verdade acho q nem banho eles deram. E PAGUEI 70 REAIS POR ESSE SERVIÇO PORCO!!!!
TERRIBLE!!! We rescued a dog that was abandoned and took it to bathe and shear. He came back DIRTY, full of hard hair and tangled hair on his face. The grooming was done in a nut shape. They passed a perfume to disguise it, but in fact I don't think they even gave a bath. AND I PAID 70 REAL FOR THIS PIG SERVICE !!!!

Pois é, esse estabelecimento consegue ser pior...mandamos nossa cachorrinha para banho e tosa, não deu nem uma hora e ligaram para buscá-la, além do pêlo mal cortada mesmo usando a máquina não deram o banho e tentaram disfarçar passando perfume, minha esposa questionou a proprietária que afirmou ter executado todo serviço combinado, porém era fácil de perceber pelo odor, pêlos ainda embolados e soltos e por fezes resecadas agarradas próximo ao rabinho, sem falar que é nítido a macies do pêlo após banho.
Já tivemos problema parecidos anteriormente, outras vezes nos entregaram com pelagem mal cortada e sem cortar as unhas, mas dessa vez foi a pior, porisso não vale a pena insistir em profissionais mal preparados e olha que o local estava vazio.

We have had similar problems before, other times they delivered us with badly cut fur and without cutting our nails, but this time it was the worst, so it is not worth insisting on ill-prepared professionals and look that the place was empty.

Levei meu cachorrinho para banho e tosa e ele voltou com um a tosa “porca” e nem parecia que tinha tomado banho! Questionei a dona por WhatsApp e nem respondeu meus questionamentos! Tive que ligar no telefone fixo para expor o que tinha acontecido e a dona me deu a desculpa de que o meu cachorrinho estava com medo e preferiu não terminar de dar o banho. Enfim, você que está lendo essa mensagem, não leve seu animalzinho neste petshop! Não vale a pena! Você vai passar raiva e perder dinheiro! Até porque o preço não é barato! Nota zero!!
E infelizmente não tinha visto as avaliações das outras pessoas aqui no Google! Pelo jeito não sou a única que teve o desgosto de conhecer esse petshop! Leiam as outras avaliações!
