★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava previsto deixar o nosso gatinho com o dono da clínica durante as nossas férias. Ele informou que levaria ele pra casa dele, toda telada, onde ele tem outro gato. No segundo dia de férias, pedimos para enviar uma foto do gato, a foto que nos enviaram foi chocante. Nosso gatinho ainda estava na clínica, provavelmente numa gaiola, com o olho todo regalado de medo. Quem tem bicho sabe o estresse que passam no veterinário. Quando ligamos, ainda mentiram, alegando que a funcionária do petshop teria ido na casa do patrão pra almoçar e tirar a foto, pouco provável, visto que a casa fica no outro lado da cidade... tivemos que pedir um amigo para ir na clínica e salvar nosso gato. Final da história: Não confiem nas palavras do dono da clínica, o cara só visa o lucro e não o bem estar de seu animal. Nada contra os funcionários dele, a equipe é ótima, (fomos clientes durante um ano) uma pena que são obrigados a contar mentiras também!
 It was planned to leave our kitten with the owner of the clinic during our vacation. He informed that he would take him to his house, all screened, where he has another cat. On the second day of vacation we asked to send a photo of the cat, the photo they sent us was shocking. Our kitty was still in the clinic, probably in a cage, his eyes full of fear. Anyone who has a pet knows the stress they go through at the vet. When we called, they still lied, claiming that the petshop employee would have gone to the boss's house to have lunch and take the picture, unlikely, since the house is on the other side of town... we had to ask a friend to go to the clinic and save our cat. End of story: Do not trust the words of the owner of the clinic, the guy only seeks profit and not the well being of his animal. Nothing against his employees, the team is great, (we were customers for a year) too bad they are forced to tell lies too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da última vez que levei meu gato para tomar banho ele continuou com uma mancha oleosa no rabo. A impressão foi que mal lavaram meu Pet. E hoje, 28/12/2019 para completar, liguei de manhã para a empresa perguntando se eles estavam vacinando e até que horas funcionavam. A funcionária que atendeu me disse que eles atendiam até as 15:30 (sábado). Cheguei na loja as 14:30 e estava fechado.
Saí de casa, levando meu gato, causando todo o estresse no animal devido ao transporte pra dar de cara com a se portas fechadas. Última vez que voltei no estabelecimento. Não recomendo.
The last time I took my cat for a bath he continued with an oily spot on his tail. The impression was that they barely washed my pet. And today, 12/28/2019 to complete, I called the company in the morning asking if they were vaccinating and until what time they worked. The employee who answered told me that they attended until 3:30 pm (Saturday). I arrived at the store at 2:30 pm and was closed.
I left the house, taking my cat, causing all the stress on the animal due to transportation to face closed doors. Last time I got back on the property. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assustador, qdo meu pet foi machucado o proprietário simplesmente respondeu que ele não poderia dizer o que se passava lá dentro durante o banho. Se vc gosta do seu bichinho, fuja deste pet shop.
Scary, when my pet was injured the owner simply replied that he could not say what was going on inside during the bath. If you like your pet, run away from this pet shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui agendar um banho e tosa para minha baixinha no sábado, pois só posso levar ela no sábado, fui informado que na ficha dela consta que ela deu muito trab o que não ocorreu nunca, da última vez a pessoa que me atendeu ofereceu mundo e fundos o que acabou demorando. E agora colocam a culpa que ela estava muito agitada. Falta de respeito. Fora o atendente Cristiano que parece não fazer a mínima vontade de ter a gente como cliente .
I went to schedule a bath and grooming for my little girl on Saturday, as I can only take her on Saturday, I was informed that her file says she worked a lot, which never happened, the last time the person who attended me offered her world and funds which ended up taking. And now they blame her that she was very agitated. Lack of respect. Apart from the attendant Cristiano who doesn't seem to have the slightest desire to have us as a client.
