Fui ate lá compra calopsita femea e venderão um maxo ..apos dois dias descobri q não era fêmea era maxo pois os doía o que eu já tinha com o que comprei andava se pegando liguei pra lá falei com a dona simplesmente me tratarão mal foral grossa e devolvi a calopsit . E não tao querendo devolver meu dinheiro .povo mal educado mentiroso com cliente vendem coisa sem ser o que procuramos ..enganao os cliente .empurao coisa ao cliente que não e o q porcuramos então não indico esse pet ... Quem compra lá só terá raiva .alem de mal atendeimento .vendem produtos amassados a gaiola de 100 reais comprei lá veio toda torta a calopsita fêmea veio maxo.ainda exigem que eu leve exame pra prova que a caliposta e maxo ...quem era pra sabe er elas que abrirãoum pet
I do not tell anyone to buy anything on this. .first poorly educated people ... Second they sell something to the customer lied. I went there to buy a female calopsita and they will sell a maxo .. after two days I discovered that it was not female it was bad because it hurt them what I already had with what I bought was getting caught I called there I spoke with the owner, they simply treated me bad foral and returned the calopsit. And not so wanting to give back my money. Poorly educated pope with customer sell thing without being what we are looking for .. .enganao the client. Empurao thing to the client that is not what we want so we do not indicate this pet ... Who buys there will only get angry. besides of bad attendance. they sell crumpled products to the cage of 100 reais bought there came all the pie the female calopsita came maxo.ainda require that I take examination for proof that the caliposta and maxo ... who was to know them that abrirãoum pet

Levei o meu cachorro para dar banho e tosa hj, cheguei antes das 8h da manhã, e tinha apenas um cachorro JA NO BANHO, então o meu seria o próximo, liguei as 9:40h e me disseram q tinha ocorrido um problema e ele ainda não estava pronto, liguei de novo as 11:00h e outra pessoa atendeu e me informou q na frente dele tinha outro cachorro, então eu entendi q eles estavam passando outros cachorros na frente do meu, deram uma desculpa dizendo q haviam cachorros agendados na frente do meu, oq é uma grande mentira pq já tinha perguntado isso antes e o pet shop me disse q lá não existia agendamento e q os cachorros eram atendidos por ordem de chegada, ainda tive que escutar da moça q me atendeu da segunda vez q eu estava mentindo q qdo eu cheguei tinha um cachorro na minha frente esperando para banho e tosa, oq não é verdade pq como expliquei lá em cima o cachorro JA estava no banho, e ainda me disse tbm q se eu quissesse o cachorro estava à disposição pra eu levar de volta sem os serviços prestados, enfim só recebi meu cachorro as 13:30 da tarde e tive q cancelar a tosa para não estressar mais ainda o meu cachorro, pq quem frequenta pet shop sabe q os animais ficam presos numa gaiola apertada, sem água e sem comida! Um absurdo, total desrespeito e falta de compromisso, nunca mais piso lá!

I took my dog to bathe and groom today, I arrived before 8 am, and there was only one dog JA NO BATH, so mine would be next, I called at 9.40 am and they told me there was a problem and he still I was not ready, I called again at 11:00 am and someone else answered and informed me that in front of him there was another dog, so I understood that they were passing other dogs in front of mine, they gave an excuse saying that there were dogs scheduled in front of mine, what a big lie because I had asked this before and the pet shop told me that there was no appointment there and that the dogs were attended to on a first come, first served basis. lying when I arrived there was a dog in front of me waiting for a bath and grooming, which is not true because as I explained up there the dog JA was in the bath, and he also told me too that if I wanted the dog it was available for me take back without the services provided, finally I only received my dog at 13:30 pm and I had to cancel the grooming so as not to stress my dog any more, because those who go to the pet shop know that the animals are trapped in a tight cage, without water and without food ! An absurd, total disrespect and lack of commitment, I will never walk there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loja tem uma organização ate mediana , atendimento muito ruim , sem falar na qualidadade dos animais que vendem e das rações , e preços que não condizem com a qualidade , como outro dia fui lá e estavam vendendo codornas de descarte que já tinham sido usadas na produção de ovos, outro cheguei lá e pedi ração para calopsita e pesaram e me deram o saco fechado e fui ara casa quando cheguei vi que não era oque eu tinha pedido pois estava com somente 3 variedade de sementes nas quais elas só comiam 2 e geralmente e para ter umas 12 , voltei com o saco lacrado ainda chegando lá pedi para trocar pelo tipo que eu queria e o rapaz foi arrogante comigo e não quis trocar por outra fui pra casa muito chatiado , -1 cliente , não indico
