★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super insatisfeita! Levei minha shihtzu pela primeira vez, fizeram um tosa na cabecinha dela totalmente irregular, deixaram com varios niveis, nunca vi uma coisa dessas, um descaso total. Nunca mais levo novamente. Não indico. Atendimento péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquanto meu cachorro um lhasa apso estava tranquilo com eles, ele foi muito bem tratado mas apartir do momento que ele começou a se estressar com o banho foi totalmente discriminado e rejeitado com os serviços desse Petshop. Penso da
a seguinte forma: Apartir do momento que somos profissionais temos que dar conta do recado, não é pq o cachorro morde que temos que deixar de prestar os serviços com os clientes coloque em base de um médico profissional,se seu paciente é agressivo ou chorão vou deixa lo de atender achei isso um absurdo!!! Meu cão ser rejeitado por morder na hora do banho. Totalmente antiprofissonalismo. Daí mandei ele para um outro pet no Água branca que me disse que realmente as vezes ele morde mas que já estão acostumados com essa situação e que sabe reverter. O importante é atender aos nossos clientes para que ficam satisfeitos!! Isso sim é prifissionalismo!!!

as follows: From the moment we are professionals, we have to do the job, it is not because the dog bites that we have to stop providing services to customers, put it on the basis of a professional doctor, if your patient is aggressive or whining I will let him answer I thought this was absurd!!! My dog getting rejected for biting at bath time. Totally unprofessional. Then I sent him to another pet at Água Branca who told me that he actually bites sometimes but that they are already used to this situation and that he knows how to revert. The important thing is to serve our customers so that they are satisfied!! Now that's professionalism!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Péssimo! Péssimo! Erraram conosco do início ao fim. Primeiro porque agendei com uma semana de atendência e ao chegar lá informaram que não havia agendamento. Segundo, pq resolveram "aceitar" nossas cachorrinhas mesmo sem encontrar o agendamento. E ai deixaram elas de 13:00 até às 19:00 presas neste pet shop, e quando meu marido foi buscar ainda não estavam prontas.
Terceiro que a pessoa que tosou minha cachorrinha Shitzu nunca soube fazer uma tosa, ficou totalmente irregular e mal feito. E pra finalizar com chave de ouro tosaram nossa outra cachorrinha TOTALMENTE SEM AUTORIZAÇÃO. Pior que isso. Aleijaram o pelo dela todinho. Frustração e raiva definem a experiência com este lugar!
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! They were wrong with us from start to finish. First, because I scheduled with a week of service and when I got there they informed that there was no appointment. Second, because they decided to "accept" our puppies even without finding the appointment. And then they left them from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm trapped in this pet shop, and when my husband went to get them, they were still not ready.
Thirdly, the person who shaved my Shitzu puppy never knew how to shave, it was totally irregular and sloppy. And to finish with a golden key, they cut our other dog TOTALLY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Worse than that. They crippled her fur all over. Frustration and anger define the experience with this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meus filhotes amamos o Pet. Sempre foram muito atenciosas com os doguinhos que eu já vi passando lá! O serviço é excelente, tosas muito bem feitas, sempre colocam lacinhos lindos e fazem penteados incríveis. Voltam sempre cheirosos e limpinhos (a tosa higiênica é um show). O atendimento também é top demais! Só tenho a elogiar!
Me and my puppies love the Pet. They were always very thoughtful with the little doguinhos that I've seen passing there! The service is excellent, shears very well done, they always put on beautiful bows and do amazing hairstyles. They always come back fragrant and clean (the hygienic grooming is a show). The service is also top! I only have to praise!
