Comprei uma roupa cirúrgica para minha cachorra, roupa completamente inutilizável pois prende o rabo do cachorro, não tinham outro modelo e não pude trocar por outro produto. A menina me falou que não tinha garantia que eu não tinha usado, mas poderia trocar por número maior, olha a incoerência. Se posso trocar por número maior ou menor, posso trocar por outro produto. Perderam uma cliente e se depender de mim, não indico ninguém. Por isso gosto tanto da Cobasi. Maldita hora que vim nessa loja.

The girl told me that there was no guarantee that I hadn't used it, but I could change it for a larger number, look at the inconsistency. If I can exchange for a larger or smaller number, I can exchange for another product. They lost a client and if it's up to me, I don't recommend anyone. That's why I like Cobasi so much. Damn time I came to this store.
