Meus gatos sempre tomaram banho em pet shop e infelizmente o deles fechou, como este fica próximo a minha casa, resolvi levar porque inclusive disseram que atendiam gatos ao telefone, tive que ir secar meu animal pois a funcionária não conseguia fazer este serviço e me ligou pedindo para ir até o local, voltaram molhados e não foram escovados, fui comentar com a responsável sobre o ocorrido, fui destratada e chamada de mentirosa. Além diss tudo, havia um cachorro tosado solto no chão do pet shop, meus gatos não convivem com cachorros, o que ajudou a deixá-los extremamente tensos e nervosos.
Péssimo serviço e péssimo atendimento, se você tem amor ao seu animal, assim como tenho aos meus não leve neste local.

My cats have always bathed in a pet store and unfortunately theirs closed, as this one is close to my house, I decided to take it because they even said they answered cats on the phone, I had to go dry my animal because the employee couldn't do this service and called me asking to go to the place, they came back wet and were not brushed, I went to comment with the person in charge about what happened, I was mistreated and called a liar. In addition, there was a shaved dog loose on the floor of the pet shop, my cats don't live with dogs, which helped make them extremely tense and nervous.
Bad service and bad service, if you love your animal, as I love mine, don't take it to this place.
