★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No último dia 10/08 levei minha cachorra para tomar banho no Pet Minas e ao chegar em casa a cachorra começou a ficar com 1 dos olhos avermelhados, inchado e mal conseguia abrir. Tivemos que correr com ela para o veterinário, onde teve que tomar injeção, e aplicar colírio antibiótico por 5 dias e no retorno ao veterinário o tratamento continuou por mais 5 dias e o olho ainda não voltou ao normal. Minha cachorra já é mais velhinha, não merecia passar por isso !
Contatei o Pet, visitaram a cachorra, disseram que iam nos dar assistência e ressarcir os gatos, mas após 10 dias do acontecido não houve a concretização disso. Esse banho saiu caro para nós e para nossa cachorra...
Outro fato que me deixou muito chateada em relação a esse Pet, foi quando meu gato teve uma crise renal e a veterinária mesmo sabendo que não poderia resolver, amenizar ou fazer exames por falta de estrutura, nos cobrou 100% do valor de uma consulta (mesmo não havendo retorno) para nos indicar um outro profissional com espaço capacitado para atender meu gato.
Lamentável saber que o $$ é mais importante que o bem estar dos animais para vocês !
Se tamanho descaso aconteceu conosco, que já eramos clientes deles, imagina para um cliente novo ... Lamentável !
Fiquem atentos para não passarem por isso também ...
On the last day 10/08 I took my dog to bathe in Pet Minas and when arriving home the dog started to have 1 of the reddened eyes, swollen and could barely open. We had to run with her to the vet, where she had to have an injection, and apply antibiotic eye drops for 5 days and on return to the vet the treatment continued for another 5 days and the eye has not yet returned to normal. My dog is already older, she didn't deserve to go through this!
I contacted the Pet, visited the dog, said they were going to give us assistance and refund the cats, but after 10 days of what happened there was no realization of that. This bath was expensive for us and our dog ...
Another fact that made me very upset in relation to this Pet, was when my cat had a kidney crisis and the veterinarian even knowing that he could not solve, soften or do tests due to lack of structure, charged us 100% of the cost of a consultation ( even if there is no return) to refer us to another professional with qualified space to serve my cat.
It is unfortunate to know that $$ is more important than animal welfare for you!
If such neglect happened to us, we were already their customers, imagine for a new customer ... Regrettable!
Be careful not to go through this too ...
