Dedicated, attentive and responsible. They took care of my 4 cats for bathing with the greatest affection, came to pick them up, brought them back and were still very kind, lending me their transport. Perfect job, I am very satisfied and thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio havia dado 3 estrelas, mas diante do trabalho que estou tendo com minha cachorra após ter feito uma tosa neste local... passo minha avaliação para 1 estrala. Pq qdo a dona estava tosando, por duas vezes ela chorou... não sei o que ela fez. Sei que estava lá e ouvi e após este dia, ela começou a ter muito medo de n anho no pet shop, treme muito e o último que dei ela chegou até se sujar de tanto.medo que estava.. e neste eu estava olhando e vi que as menonas estavam com toda paciência com ela. NÃO LEVEM, QUEM DEU BANHO NA MINHA CACHORRA FOI A GIL!
At first I had given 3 stars, but in the face of the work I'm having with my dog after having made a cough in this place ... I pass my evaluation to 1 star. Because the lady was coupling, twice she cried ... I do not know what she did. I know it was there and I heard it and after this day she started to be very scared of nigh at the pet shop, she shakes a lot and the last one I gave her came to get soiled. As bad as it was .. and in this one I was looking and I saw that the men were with all patience with her. DO NOT LEARN, WHO GAVE BATH IN MY DOG WAS GIL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local que varia muito a qualidade do atendimento devido a alta rotatividade dos profissionais que trabalham lá (e isso vale p/ os proprietários também...).
No geral o preço é competitivo, mas se seu cachorro tiver alguma especificidade no banho e tosa, pense bem antes de levar no Gil´s Pet Shop, pq pode ficar excelente como pode ficar ruim (ao menos que vc saiba exatamente o nome no banhista/ tosador que fez o serviço no seu cão e acompanhe todo o processo).
O atendimento é ok, mas falta um pouco de profissionalismo, especialmente em ouvir críticas quanto a qualidade (ou falta dela) no serviço executado (ou seja, não espere um feedback dos proprietários).
Uma vez, além do banho, usei o serviço de taxi-dog, e apesar de ter perguntando p/ a proprietária o "status" do entrega do meu cão, nada foi me respondido (achei estranho, pois o pet-shop fecha ás 18:00 e meu cão só chegou em casa por volta das 19:00, e eu moro próximo ao Pet Shop). Só fui saber que o meu cachorro foi entregue pelos meus familiares.
Quando eu levei o meu cão p/ fazer um tosa higiênica na máquina, o serviço não foi feito da maneira que eu esperava nas patas do meu cachorro (pois já havia feito o mesmo serviço em outro Pet Shop) pois eles não tinham a lâmina p/ executar o serviço da maneira que eu pedi didaticamente pelo WhatsApp e ao vivo. Deveriam ter me dito isso antes de eu levar o cão lá, assim já procuraria outro pet shop p/ atender a minha simples solicitação.
Enfim, mesmos os proprietários afirmando que tem mais de 10 anos de experiência, parece que eles precisam ser mais profissionais e eventualmente, melhorar o treinamento das pessoas que trabalham lá (digo isso p/ funcionários novatos). A empresa já mudou de proprietários uma outra vez e nada foi avisado aos antigos clientes.
No geral, eles deram bons banhos no meu cão.
Só tive problemas com a tosa higiênica e com a falta de um retorno adequado dos proprietários sobre o problema que eu relatei.
Um outra vez, identificaram que eles estava com Herpes Canina, o que foi muito bom, pois não havia notado!
É um local que eu recomendo, com algumas ressalvas...
It is a place that varies the quality of care a lot due to the high turnover of the professionals who work there (and that goes for the owners too ...).
In general the price is competitive, but if your dog has any specificity in the bath and grooming, think carefully before taking it to the Gil´s Pet Shop, because it can be excellent as it can be bad (unless you know exactly the name in the bather / groomer who did the service on your dog and follow the whole process).
The service is ok, but it lacks a bit of professionalism, especially in hearing criticism regarding the quality (or lack of it) in the service performed (ie, do not expect feedback from the owners).
Once, in addition to the bath, I used the taxi-dog service, and although I asked the owner about the status of my dog's delivery, nothing was answered (I found it strange, because the pet-shop closes at 6 pm) : 00 and my dog only got home around 19:00, and I live next to the Pet Shop). I just learned that my dog was delivered by my family.
When I took my dog to make a hygienic grooming in the machine, the service was not done the way I expected on my dog's paws (as I had already done the same service in another Pet Shop) because they did not have the blade / run the service the way I didactically WhatsApp and live. You should have told me that before I took the dog there, so I would already look for another pet shop to fulfill my simple request.
Anyway, even though the owners claim that they have more than 10 years of experience, it seems that they need to be more professional and eventually improve the training of the people who work there (I say this for new employees). The company has already changed owners again and nothing has been reported to former customers.
Overall, they gave my dog good baths.
I only had problems with hygienic grooming and the lack of adequate feedback from the owners about the problem I reported.
Another time, they identified that they had Herpes Canina, which was very good, as I hadn't noticed!
It's a place I recommend, with some caveats ...
