★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom pra começo eu nem sei porque dei várias “chances” pra essa Pet shop se é assim que dar pra chamar esse estabelecimento que tem tudo menos um Pet shop, pq Pet shopping pra mim ama os animais.. de dar banho no meu cachorro, todas as vezes que eu chego ali sou SUPER mal recepcionada, eu não sei se o moço que fica na recepção é o dono mas cada vez que chego parece que eles estão fazendo um favor e com uma má vontade absurda de atender o bichinho.. agora foi a última vez, FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO TOTAL. Cheguei agora com meu cachorro no local estava os dois funcionários sentado detalhe era 16h e pouca, e ele falou que já tinha me avisado que era somente com hora marcada e que ele ia atender pq estava “sentado” (sendo que todas as vezes que eu chego a Pet shop se encontra vazia e eles no celular! Você chega e te olham já com uma cara como se não gostasse de ti nem do teu cachorro, se esse moço que é dono do estabelecimento creio que ele mesmo vai quebrar c a rede dele, sendo um péssimo profissional com os clientes, segundo que meu cachorro não queria ir com ele!!! O bixinho diz tudo.
 Well for starters I don't even know why I gave this Pet shop several "chances" if that's what you can call this establishment that has everything but a Pet shop, because Pet shopping for me loves animals.. to bathe my dog, every time I get there I'm SUPER poorly received, I don't know if the guy at the reception is the owner but every time I get there it seems like they are doing a favor and with an absurd unwillingness to attend to the pet.. now it was the last time, TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I just arrived with my dog at the place, the two employees were sitting detail it was 4 pm and he said that he had already warned me that it was only by appointment and that he would attend because he was "sitting" (and every time I I arrive at the Pet shop and it's empty and they're on their cell phone! You arrive and they look at you already with a face as if they don't like you or your dog, if this guy who owns the establishment I think he's going to break his hammock himself, being a terrible professional with customers, second that my dog didn't want to go with him!!! The little bug says it all.
