★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo e atencioso, comigo e também com meus gatos. A veterinária Mari foi ótima, atenciosa, cuidadosa e a vacina nos filhotes foi muito tranquila e rápida. E apesar da localização, trabalha com valores justos, ao contrário de várias outras pets na região. Recomendo bastante.
 Great and attentive service, with me and also with my cats. The veterinarian Mari was great, attentive, careful and the vaccine in the puppies was very calm and fast. Despite its location, it works with fair values, unlike many other pets in the region. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei a minha cachorra lá para tomar banho. Me orientaram a retornar em 40 minutos para buscá-la. O “banho” demorou 1 hora e 40 minutos, ninguém me informou o motivo do atraso e eu permaneci uma hora dentro da loja esperando. Total falta de compromisso!
I left my dog there to bathe. I was instructed to return in 40 minutes to pick it up. The “bath” took 1 hour and 40 minutes, nobody told me the reason for the delay and I stayed an hour inside the store waiting. Total lack of commitment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a minha cachorrinha na primeira semana de março para tomar banho pela primeira vez, já que a empresa é próxima a minha casa, tinha boas indicações de vizinhos e optei por ir lá por ser um lugar de confiança, mas não tive uma boa experiência com o banho! Mesmo assim, não avaliaria mal a empresa, por uma situação atípica que ocorreu comigo! Após isso no mesmo dia, questões de minutos depois nós contatarmos eles, sobre o ocorrido e se disponibilizaram e foram prontamente solícitos até falando que poderíamos levar para a veterinária deles avaliarem o que ocorreu e que ofereceriam o tratamento gratuitamente!
Então, uma má experiência de um dia atípico com o banho e tosa (Que acredito que faltou até mesmo a instrução ao funcionário sobre a raça da minha cachorra, uma buldogue francês), que acredito que não ocorra sempre já que é um petshop de nome e qualidade, não vou avaliar mal, mas também não retornarei no futuro! Mas seguirei indicando só pelo profissionalismo e cuidado que tiveram com a gente pós ocorrido!

I took my dog in the first week of March to take a bath for the first time, since the company is close to my house, I had good recommendations from neighbors and I chose to go there because it is a reliable place, but I did not have a good experience with it. the bath! Even so, I wouldn't rate the company poorly, due to an atypical situation that happened to me! After that on the same day, a few minutes later we contacted them, about what happened and they made themselves available and were promptly helpful, even saying that we could take them to their vet to evaluate what happened and that they would offer the treatment for free!
So, a bad experience of an atypical day with the bath and grooming (which I believe even lacked the instruction to the employee about the breed of my dog, a French bulldog), which I believe doesn't always happen since it's a pet shop with a name and quality, I won't rate it badly, but I won't be returning in the future either! But I will continue to indicate only for the professionalism and care they had with us after it happened!
