★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, principalmente pelo telefone. Toda vez q ligo para saber se tem tal produto , a pessoa fala com a maior pressa do mundo e quase já batendo o telefone na minha cara e olha que nem perguntei por preço, pois isso já sei que não falam . Poderiam ser gentis e educadas e tratar todo cliente bem,mas simpatia não é o forte deles . É como se tivessem nos fazendo um grande favor, sendo q EU q estou querendo comprar na loja deles...vai entender !!!!
 Bad service, especially over the phone. Every time I call to find out if there is such a product, the person speaks in the greatest haste in the world and almost already hitting the phone in my face and look that I didn't even ask for price, because I already know that they don't speak. They could be kind and polite and treat every customer well, but friendliness is not their forte. It is as if they were doing us a big favor, being that I am looking to buy at their store ... you will understand !!!!

Não fui tirar dúvidas sobre aquários, não fui querer garantia de quatro meses não senhora,se a senhora não se recorda, eu lhe relatei meu problema, que o aquário que comprei, após 40 dias, começou a vazar e a senhora afirmou que ninguém daria garantia maior,mas existem sim, empresas que respeitam o Código de defesa do consumidor, que no artigo 26 fala sobre vício oculto de produtos, como disse, tive problema em outra loja em Petrópolis e resolvi perguntar antes, mas tive a infelicidade de adentrar em sua loja e ser logo muito mal atendida, como continuo sendo com inverdades sendo ditas.
CDC - Lei nº 8.078 de 11 de Setembro de 1990
Dispõe sobre a proteção do consumidor e dá outras providências.
Art. 26. O direito de reclamar pelos vícios aparentes ou de fácil constatação caduca em:
I - trinta dias, tratando-se de fornecimento de serviço e de produtos não duráveis;
II - noventa dias, tratando-se de fornecimento de serviço e de produtos duráveis.
§ 1º Inicia-se a contagem do prazo decadencial a partir da entrega efetiva do produto ou do término da execução dos serviços.
§ 2º Obstam a decadência:
I - a reclamação comprovadamente formulada pelo consumidor perante o fornecedor de produtos e serviços até a resposta negativa correspondente, que deve ser transmitida de forma inequívoca;
II - (Vetado).
III - a instauração de inquérito civil, até seu encerramento.
§ 3º Tratando-se de vício oculto, o prazo decadencial inicia-se no momento em que ficar evidenciado o defeito.
