Atendimento excelente, levei meu poodle para uma tosa na tesoura e ela voltou linda, super indico, funcionários competentes, foram muito prestativos e atenciosos comigo e com meu pet. Obrigado por tratarem meu pet como um REI. Vou voltar mais vezes e ja irei indicar pra todos meus amigos. Quero agradecer ao Anderson e a Mariana pelo cuidado com meu pet.

Excellent service, I took my poodle for a shear in the scissors and she came back beautiful, super recommended, competent staff, were very helpful and attentive to me and my pet. Thank you for treating my pet like a KING. I will come back more often and I will recommend to all my friends. I want to thank Anderson and Mariana for taking care of my pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom mesmo. Nunca vi um Pet tão completo quanto esse, olha que eu moro há anos na Vila Matilde. Completo tanto no atendimento comigo, o carinho que eles tiveram com meu cão, a organização, higiene do local. A Mariana foi super prestativa. Antes do procedimento eles perguntam se o cãozinho é alergico, se pode passar perfume, adorei esse diferencial. Preços bem acessiveis por ser um ''Pet Boutique''. Fiquei bem satisfeito com o trabalho deles, e olha que sou bem exigente com meu cão. Sem soma de dúvidas voltarei mais vezes..................... então até semana que vem :)
Really good. I've never seen a Pet as complete as this one, look, I've lived in Vila Matilde for years. Complete with the care they provided me, the affection they had with my dog, the organization, hygiene of the place. Mariana was super helpful. Before the procedure they ask if the dog is allergic, if it can pass on perfume, I loved this differential. Very affordable prices for being a '' Pet Boutique ''. I was very satisfied with their work, and look that I am very demanding with my dog. Without a doubt I will be back more often ..................... so until next week :)

Indignada!!!!
No dia 28/06/2017 eu levei meu Lhasa Apso para fazer tosa na tesoura no Pet Reis da Vila Matilde e depois de 03 (três) horas (eu esperando), a Srta Mariana disse que NÃO tinha feito a tosa completa porque o pelo do meu Lhasa é muito comprido, liso e, ele é muito agitado, como assim..... depois de três horas até "eu" já estava agitada, imaginem um cachorrinho?!
E como não bastasse, ainda disse-me que NÃO tosaria mais ele, que não era mais para eu levar lá, foi um Absurdo tão grande, que imediatamente peguei meu pet e fui embora.
O que é mais surpreendente é que esta pessoa que ser veterinária, como Srta Mariana, você cuidará dos animais agitados, heim?!!!
Foi vergonhosa sua atitude para com o cliente, fosse sincera e falasse que não era apta profissionalmente para tosar meu pet, mas, depois de aguardar por três horas você voltar sem executar o serviço e ainda dizer que não tosaria mais meu pet, é REVOLTANTE!
Com certeza eu não passarei mais nem em frente deste lugar, muito menos levarei novamente meu pet, mas, devida a sua FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO E COMPETÊNCIA.
E o pior, o Slogan é "Tratamos seu pet como um Rei", Ah....está muuuuito longe disso.
Sr Fernando (dono) eu agradeço sua ligação, mas, nada me fará mudar de opinião a respeito da sua funcionária, total falta de RESPEITO COM CLIENTE.

On 06/28/2017 I took my Lhasa Apso to trim the scissors at Pet Reis da Vila Matilde and after 03 (three) hours (I was waiting), Miss Mariana said she had NOT done the complete grooming because the hair of my Lhasa is very long, smooth and, he is very agitated, how come ..... after three hours even "I" was already agitated, imagine a puppy ?!
And as it was not enough, he still told me that he would NOT shear him anymore, that I was no longer supposed to take him there, he was such a big nonsense, that I immediately took my pet and left.
What is more surprising is that this person who is a veterinarian, like Miss Mariana, will take care of the agitated animals, huh? !!!
It was shameful your attitude towards the customer, be sincere and say that I was not professionally able to groom my pet, but after waiting for three hours you return without performing the service and still say that I would not groom my pet anymore, it is REVOLTING!
Certainly I will not pass in front of this place anymore, much less take my pet again, but due to its LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMPETENCE.
And the worst part, the slogan is "We treat your pet like a King", Ah .... it is soooo far from that.
Mr. Fernando (owner) I appreciate your call, but nothing will change my opinion about your employee, total lack of RESPECT WITH THE CLIENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível. Profissionais despreparados, tosa mal feita, queimaram com a máquina a barriga da minha cachorrinha. Demoram muito tempo para fazer uma tosa simples. Solicitei tosa na tesoura, a maior parte do processo foi com a maquina. Os funcionaram ficavam o tempo todo conversando. Não gostei do serviços de toda. Os donos são muito atenciosos. Mas o serviço foi ruim.
My experience was horrible. Unprepared professionals, badly groomed, burned my dog's belly with the machine. It takes a long time to make a simple grooming. I asked for shears in the scissors, most of the process was with the machine. The employees worked all the time talking. I didn't like the services at all. Owners are very attentive. But the service was poor.
