★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pet já é idosinho com algumas dificuldades e limitações, com isso é difícil achar um petshop que atenda com carinho e pasciencia, Tivemos muitas decepções, até os pets idosos sofrem preconceitos, por incrível que pareça.
Me mudei para o I.A.P.I a pouco tempo e descobrimos que havia um pet rock pet shop no bairro, desde o primeiro contato via zap, fomos muito bem atendidos, no dia do atendimento fiquei surpresa pq além de ser hora marcado igual os outros petshop, não havia aquele monte de bichinhos esperando sua vez a horas, pelo contrário o atendimento é VIP um pet por ver sem aquela fila, sem aquela demora toda, com isso o meu pet foi super atendido com muita atenção, cuidado, capricho em cada detalhe e muito carinho.
Ficamos muito felizes com o atendimento e o procedimento, simmmm recomendamos muitooooo...

I moved to IAPI a short time ago and we discovered that there was a pet rock pet shop in the neighborhood, from the first contact via zap, we were very well attended, on the day of the service I was surprised because in addition to being an appointment like the other petshops, no there were a lot of animals waiting for their turn for hours, on the contrary, the service is VIP, a pet to see without that queue, without that long delay, with that my pet was super attended with great attention, care, care in every detail and a lot kindness.
We were very happy with the service and the procedure, we highly recommend it...

O atendimento é ótimo, o preço é acessível e são pontuais.
Samy é muito responsável e amoroso com os bichinhos. Levei meu filhote lá e ele explicou que era melhor começarmos com a tosa higiênica para não assustá-lo e aos poucos, após acostumar com o banho, fazermos a tosa da raça que demanda mais tempo.
Demonstrou preocupação com o bem-estar dos animais e não visou somente o lucro.
Fiquei muito satisfeita e meu cachorro ficou lindo e cheiroso!
