★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei nesse estabelecimento procurando por valores onde me cobraram 45,00 reais a tosa e o banho + 10,00 reais de taxa no total daria 55,00 reais... após o meu cachorro estar no banho, me ligam falando que seria outro valor devido alguns nó na pelagem, me cobrando 75,00 reais. Não concordei, pois me passaram um valor, e depois me cobraram outro. Disse que ia busca meu cachorro, e ainda cobraram 5 reais da taxa de entrega e meu cachorro nem estava pronto!!! Fica minha indignação, e aviso para outras pessoas não passarem pela mesma situação que passei. Não indico o lugar !!!!
 I called this establishment looking for values where they charged me 45.00 reais for the grooming and the bath + 10.00 reais in total would give 55.00 reais ... after my dog is in the bath, call me saying it would be another amount due to some knots in the coat, charging me 75.00 reais. I didn't agree, because they gave me a fee, and then they charged me for another. He said he was going to pick up my dog, and they even charged 5 reais for the delivery fee and my dog wasn't even ready !!! My indignation remains, and I warn other people not to go through the same situation that I did. I do not indicate the place !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levo minha cachorra toda semana no day care (creche). Ela é super bem tratada por todos. Quando passo na porta do pet ela já enlouquece querendo entrar, isso pra mim é sinal que ela realmente é bem tratada! Todos muito atenciosos, atendimento excelente! Super recomendo!!!!
I take my dog every week in day care (day care). She is very well treated by everyone. When I pass the pet's door she goes crazy wanting to get in, this to me is a sign that she really is treated well! All very attentive, excellent service! Super recommend !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em questao atendimento veterinário gostei porém a parte banho e tosa mais horario insatisfeita. Já tive tive duas vezes chateacoes e teve um dia q perguntei se era algo pessoal por sempre q precisei so recebia não.
In terms of veterinary care, I liked the bathing and grooming part more often unsatisfied. I've already had two upsets and there was a day when I asked if it was something personal because I needed it, I just received it.
