Sílvia, enfermeiros e ajudantes, todos foram eficientes e muito dedicados ao nosso cão, durante a sua doença. Apolo foi feliz nessa clínica, recebeu muito carinho. Era um Dog Alemão, um cão bastante grande que teve insuficiência renal e não resistiu. Mas tratamento não lhe faltou, nem afeto de todos. Agradecemos muito e recomendamos a Clínica, pela sua excelência.

First of all, I would like to thank Doctor Franklin and all his staff, Dr. Juliana, Dr. Silvia, nurses and helpers, all were efficient and very dedicated to our dog during his illness. Apollo was happy in this clinic, received much affection. It was a German Dog, a fairly large dog that had kidney failure and could not resist. But treatment was not lacking, nor affection of all. We thank you very much and recommend the Clinic for its excellence.

Tem atendentes competentes e simpáticas que sabem le receber com dedicação ao que fazem.
Possui atendimento em horário estendido possibilitando que vc leve seu pet após o horário comercial. Ótimo diagnóstico nas consultas e também dispões dos medicamentos com preço justo.
E em relação ao banho e tosa, é um dos poucos lugares que meu dog nao sai estressado. Sabem cuidar dos pets com carinho.

Great place to take your buddy.
It has competent and friendly attendants who know how to receive you with dedication to what they do.
It has extended service hours allowing you to take your pet after business hours. Great diagnosis in the consultations and also the availability of medicines at a fair price.
And in relation to the bath and grooming, it is one of the few places that my dog does not leave stressed. They know how to take care of pets with affection.
I recommend this place for a good experience?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava muito do Dr. Franklin, frequentava a clínica desde as primeiras vacinas, cheguei até ele por indicação. Até que um dia levei meu pet para o banho, como fazia sempre. Nesse dia percebi algo diferente, ele gritava desesperadamente como se estivesse com dor, depois disso apresentou uma coceira terrível! Comuniquei o ocorrido ao Dr. Franklin, mas ele não gostou. Em vez de me ajudar a solucionar o problema, foi confrontar o seu funcionário e ainda me enviou um áudio com o comentário dele, pior que isso foi culpar o meu cachorro, um filhote de Shitzu, pelo ocorrido. Apesar de não concordar com a sua atitude deixei para lá, procurei outro profissional e foi aí que descobri que meu cachorro estava com os ouvidos totalmente infeccionados, mesmo fazendo com frequência a toda higiênica. Fiquei muito triste e decepcionada, mas deixei de frequentar a clínica, pois percebi que eles estão preocupados é com o dinheiro que deixamos lá e não com o nosso animal.
I liked Dr. Franklin very much, I went to the clinic from the first vaccinations, I came to him by appointment. Until one day I took my pet to the bath, as I always did. That day I noticed something different, he screamed desperately as if in pain, after that presented a terrible itch! I reported it to Dr. Franklin, but he didn't like it. Instead of helping me solve the problem, he went to confront his employee and even sent me an audio with his comment, worse than blaming my dog, a Shitzu puppy, for what happened. Although I did not agree with his attitude I let it go, I looked for another professional and that's when I found out that my dog had completely infected ears, even though it was often hygienic. I was very sad and disappointed, but I stopped going to the clinic because I realized that they are worried about the money we leave there and not about our animal.
