★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Compramos um remedio pro meu pet, um remedio de pulga e não sabíamos e nem muito menos fomos informados dos efeitos do remedio no animal. Meu cachorro ficou inquieto, não conseguia ficar deitado, ficava assustado. Ao ler a bula estava escrito que o remedio poderia dar efeitos colaterais na raça do mesmo. O mínimo de quem trabalha com remedios pra pets é saber informar, procurar ter conhecimento do que é vendido. Meu cachorro quase morreu e ainda não está totalmente bem. Não recomendo esse lugar, jamais indicaria pra alguém. Cuidado ao comprarem remédios. Procurem sempre por lugar onde haja veterinário junto.

I don't recommend this place, I would never recommend it to anyone. Be careful when buying medicine. Always look for a place where there is a vet along.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, levei meu cachorro para banho e tosa, meu cachorro voltou todo assustado, machucado, ficou com dermatites, está com uma otite que não passa nunca, meu cachorro onde era super dócil ficava de barriga pra cima, agora não fica mais, fica assustado. Não deixa passar remédios, a moça que dá banho e faz a tosa deve ter forçado muito, algo ela fez que traumatizou o cachorro, nunca mais deixo meu animalzinho nas mãos daquela moça que dá o banho. Ela não tem nenhum preparo para lhe dar com pets, não deve ter curso de capacitação para isso.
Terrible, I took my dog for a bath and grooming, my dog came back all scared, hurt, he got dermatitis, he has otitis that never goes away, my dog where he was super docile was on his back, now he is not anymore, he is scared . She doesn't let medicines go, the girl who bathes and shaves must have forced a lot, something she did that traumatized the dog, I never leave my pet in the hands of that girl who bathes again. She has no preparation to give you pets, she shouldn't have a training course for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando levei meus dois bbs lá por não ter opção pois o lugar onde eles ia desde BB fechou, então foi uma busca aleatória.
Não gostei por inúmeros motivos. Meus pets nem tem bolo foram paguei hidratação tosa etc.. votaram com o pelo horrível. Todo arrepiados parece que nem tomou banho e todo embolado.
O tosador não sabe tosar. e banhista não sabe o q é uma boa hidratação!
Não levo nunca mais fica a dica pras mães de pets.!

When I took my two bbs there because I didn't have a choice because the place they were going since BB closed, so it was a random search.
I didn't like it for a number of reasons. My pets don't even have a cake, I paid for hydration, etc... they voted with the horrible fur. All goosebumps looks like he hasn't even showered and all tangled up.
The groomer does not know how to groom. and bathers do not know what good hydration is!
I will never take the tip for the mothers of pets.!
