★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao possuem compromisso com horario, estao sempre se atrasando e nunca se justificam ou avisam antecipadamente. Algumas vezes já fui cobrada o valor da estadia a mais, nao importando que foi falha deles!
Tambem averiguamos que a disposição de cuidar e dar atenção a alguns cães, nao tratando todos os pets como iguais e nem todos os clientes e talvez você encontre a mesma dificuldade ou talvez nao, em tempos que a desigualdade de tratamento está sendo tratado acho importante pontuar essa experiencia.
Com relação à estrutura, trata-se de um local pequeno para muitos cães e poucos funcionarios.
