★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Pet Shop Barueri, é um excelente local para quem quer ter seu animalzinho de estimação bem cuidado, tenho 2 cachorros e 1 gata, e já levo eles ao Pet Shop Barueri a um bom tempo, e eles sempre voltam muito cheirosos, arrumados e extremamente limpos, o Diferencial do local é a atenção dada pelo Eder e Erika, que tratam meu pets como se fossem deles, dando um atendimento personalizados. Contam ainda com a parte de rações. Recomendo eles de olhos fechados !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após mais de 6 meses de cliente fiel negaram atendimento pois reclamei do aumento abusivo de preço e pelo Whatsapp dei a entender que iria procurar outro local, pois o preço é igual ou de lugares como o Cobasi por exemplo. Disseram que não gostaram da reclamação e que não poderiam mais prestar serviço a nós. Isso é um senhor absurdo!!! Viola os direitos de cidadão e de cliente, uma vez que aumentaram de uma hora para outra o preço do banho de 35 para 48 reais sem direito a táxi dog pois não tem carro ou motorista para o serviço. Se você quer continuar sendo cliente desse estabelecimento não reclame de nada, pois todos ali sem exceção não aceitam críticas e banem você e seu cachorro de lá na mesma hora. Tenho o histórico de mensagens para quem quiser saber mais, nunca houve discussão com o local nem perto disso, nem reclamação de serviço prestado, apenas esse fato do aumento foi suficiente para o senhor Eder e a atendente nos negar atendimento. Lamentável!

It violates the rights of citizens and clients, since they have increased the price of bath from 35 to 48 reais without a right dog taxi from one hour to the next, as they do not have a car or driver for the service. If you want to continue being a customer of this establishment do not complain about anything, because everyone there without exception does not accept criticism and ban you and your dog from there at the same time. I have a history of messages for those who want to know more, there was never any discussion with the place or close to it, nor a complaint about the service provided, just this fact of the increase was enough for Mr. Eder and the attendant to deny us service. Unfortunate!
