★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos tosaram meu persa todo errado passaram a maquina zero e ainda cortaram os bigodes dele e ele veio cheio de queimaduras de maquininha cega.
Chegou passando mal ele ja era de idade e por conta do estresse que passou no pet shop no dia seguinte morreu.
Tosaram terrible wrong my whole Persian began to zero machine and still cut the whiskers him and he came full of blind little machine burns.
He got sick he was already old and because of the stress that went through the pet shop the next day died.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, nunca mais levo meu pet para esse local. Primeiro que o transporte deles não tem nenhuma segurança, eles ficam solto só com a caixinha de transporte sem nenhum cinto de segurança. E ainda por cima SEDARAM MEU GATO PARA DAR BANHO!! MEU GATO CHEGOU VOMITANDO E VOMITOU 5 VEZES SÓ HOJE! Sem nenhum conhecimento de profissionalismo, meu gato esta doente, não come, não bebe agua, por que se come ele vomita. Ele esta andando e caindo pela casa, eu estou muito frustrado com a falta de compaixão pelos animais, vocês trataram meu gato como um lixo!! Ele passou estresse, nervoso e ainda sedaram meu gato sem minha permissão!! Ele não esta andando normal e esta caindo pela casa, foi o pior pet shop que já conheci.
Horrible, I never take my pet to this place again. First, their transport has no security, they are loose only with the transport box without any seat belt. And on top of that SEDAR MY CAT TO BATH !! MY CAT ARRIVED VOMITING AND VOMITING 5 TIMES JUST TODAY! Without any knowledge of professionalism, my cat is sick, he doesn't eat, he doesn't drink water, because if he eats he vomits. He's walking and falling around the house, I'm very frustrated with the lack of compassion for the animals, you treated my cat like garbage !! He was stressed, nervous and even sedated my cat without my permission !! He is not walking normally and is falling around the house, it was the worst pet shop I have ever known.
