★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo o atendimento. Não foi a primeira vez que fui mal atendida. Levaram 2 dias pra entregar a areia da minha gata. Mas eu parabenizo o entregador, ele foi muito humilde e teve um bom papo. Mas de resto, lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas às vezes deixa a desejar; já esperei o fim de alguma conversa paralela ou coisa similar para ser atendido. Os espaços da loja, banho e consulta são um pouco apertados e a organização carece um pouco. Os horários reservados nem sempre são precisamente atendidos.
Tive a triste impressão de que receitaram remédios ou exames desnecessários em algum momento.
Os preços são acessíveis e isso se reflete na qualidade do serviço um pouco inferior, o que é natural.
