★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demorou mais de três horas para finalizar. Meu cachorro voltou muito sonolento e com frebre. Não indico para ninguém.
Poor service, took more than three hours to finish. My dog came back very sleepy and with frebre. I do not tell anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem muitas variedades, muito boa mesmo, mas a veterinária não soube diagnosticar meu animal. Levei em outra pet shop. Além de não se atualizar levam crianças pro local de trabalho, muito antiético em plena pandemia risco para todos fora que atrapalha os clientes e não passa confiança para nós.
The store has many varieties, really good, but the vet didn't know how to diagnose my animal. I took it in another pet shop. In addition to not updating, they take children to the workplace, very unethical in the middle of a pandemic risk for everyone outside, which hinders customers and does not give us confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet e casa de ração com uma excelente veterinária muito carinhosa e profissional. Super recomendo a profissional. Mas as pessoas que trabalham na casa de ração interferem na qualidade do trabalho da profissional pois perguntam e opinião sobre a saúde do cão. Isso não acho legal .
Pet and feed house with an excellent veterinarian very affectionate and professional. I highly recommend the professional. But the people who work in the feed house interfere with the quality of the professional's work because they ask and give their opinion about the dog's health. I don't think that's cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento aos clientes. A Veterinária é muito amável com os pets e com os tutores. Castrei o meu gatinho e não teve nenhum problema com o procedimento. Sempre indico o Bicho Feliz para meus amigos.
Excellent customer service. The Veterinarian is very kind to pets and tutors. I spayed my kitten and had no problem with the procedure. I always recommend Bicho Feliz to my friends.
