★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho através desta fazer um reclamação ao Sr Enio, já conheço o proprietário do estabelecimento a vários anos , sempre cuidou muito bem dos meus filhos peludos, sempre muito cortes e educado, porém esse ano mandei meus filhos por duas vezes para tomar banho e tosar não gostei da tosa , não estava com a qualidade de antes, demorou para buscá-lo e não cumpriu horário de entrega, até aí tudo ok, na última vez que enviei foram dois animais , sendo que um deles voltou sem guie, ficaram de entregar não o fizeram, estive lá por várias vezes estava fechado, qdo em fim consegui falar com o Ênio ele disse q procuraria e entregaria não o fez, meu esposo esteve lá foi muito mal tratado pela funcionário que segundo ela se chama Manuela, colocou em dúvida a veracidade da cobrança dizendo ter entregado a guia, sendo assim o Ênio informou a meu esposo que poderíamos comprar que seriamos ressarcidos do valor, estive no local hoje, o Ênio não estava, fui atendida por 2 funcionárias um bem educada , a outra era a msm que atendeu meu marido duvidando da sua palavra, foi grosseira e arrogante em suas palavras . Fica ak a minha indignação, como pode um estabelecimento comercial ter um funcionário com esse comportamento , um local que lida com vidas , se trata assim os clientes como tratará os animais, fica aí a duvida?
Through this I complain to Mr Enio, I have known the owner of the establishment for several years, he always took good care of my furry children, he was always very polite and polite, but this year I sent my children twice to bathe and shear no I liked the grooming, it wasn’t with the quality it used to be, it took me a long time to pick it up and it didn’t meet delivery times, so far everything was ok, the last time I sent it were two animals, one of which came back without a guide, they didn’t deliver they did it, I was there for several times it was closed, when in the end I managed to talk to Ênio he said he would look for it and deliver it he did not do it, my husband was there he was very badly treated by the employee who, according to her is called Manuela, put in doubt the veracity of the charge saying that I handed over the guide, so Ênio informed my spouse that we could buy that we would be reimbursed for the amount, I was at the place today, Ênio was not there, I was attended by 2 employees who were very polite, another was the msm that answered my husband doubting his word, it was rude and arrogant in his words. Here is my indignation, how can a commercial establishment have an employee with this behavior, a place that deals with lives, if customers are treated like they will treat animals, there is the doubt?
