★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente não consegui dar banho no meu gato. Nos dois primeiros agendamentos me pediram para mudar a data pois a funcionária responsável estava ausente por motivos de saúde. Na terceira tentativa, chegamos no horário combinado e o responsável disse que "havíamos chegado atrasados" e que teríamos que esperar a funcionária voltar do almoço. Ou seja, anotaram o horário do banho errado e ainda temos que aguardar? Muito decepcionado com o serviço.
I just couldn't shower my cat. In the first two appointments I was asked to change the date because the responsible employee was absent due to health reasons. In the third attempt, we arrived at the agreed time and the official said that "we were late" and that we would have to wait for the employee to come back from lunch. In other words, they wrote down the wrong bath time and we still have to wait? Very disappointed in the service.
