★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de meu PET "CHOPE" ter virado estrelinha...o problema de saude foi mto rapido internou dia 07 out ,veio pra casa voltei em outras consultas, mas o adiantar da doença o perdi e dia 31/10 foi pro céu....mto rapido e irreversivel. Mesmo porque ja estava com 12a e 8 meses.Agradeço os profissionais, e otima limpeza. Obrigada pelo atendimento desde a limpeza. Ja recomendei meus amigos. Sucesso!!!?
 Although my PET "CHOPE" turned into a star...the health problem was very fast, I was hospitalized on Oct 07, came home, I came back for other appointments, but as the disease progressed I lost it and on 10/31 I went to heaven... ..very fast and irreversible. Even because I was already 12 and 8 months old. Thanks to the professionals, and great cleaning. Thank you for the service since cleaning. I already recommended my friends. Success!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tinha ido nessa Petz, achei sensacional! Para começar, estacionamento gratuito para os clientes que estão na loja, com acesso direto para dentro do local. Tem os caixas tradicionais ou terminais de autoatendimento, que facilitam super pra quem está na correria!
Funcionários extremamente solícitos, tive contato com 4 deles e todos foram muito simpáticos e estavam prontos para ajudar. Comprei pelo app e fui retirar lá, rapidamente uma das funcionárias foi buscar meus produtos, conferiu junto comigo. Enquanto ela foi buscar, um gerente e outra funcionária se aproximaram para verificar se eu já havia sido atendida. Na hora de sair, um dos alarmes do remédio não havia sido desligado e apitou. Outra funcionária prontamente veio ao meu encontro, se desculpou e desativou os alarmes do produto. Saí de lá super feliz, atendimento rápido e incrível, local enorme com uma extensa variedade de produtos, estacionamento e ainda tem o programa de adoção "Adote Petz". Pra ficar perfeito mesmo, falta só pararem de vender outros animais como aves e coelhos! :D
I had never been to this Petz, I thought it was sensational! For starters, free parking for customers who are in the store, with direct access to the premises. There are traditional cashiers or self-service terminals, which make it super easy for those on the run!
Extremely helpful staff, I had contact with 4 of them and they were all very friendly and ready to help. I bought it through the app and went to pick it up there, quickly one of the employees went to get my products, checked with me. While she went to get it, a manager and another employee approached to check if I had already been seen. When it was time to leave, one of the medicine's alarms had not been turned off and it beeped. Another employee promptly came to meet me, apologized, and deactivated the product's alarms. I left there super happy, fast and amazing service, huge place with a wide variety of products, parking and even the "Adopt Petz" adoption program. To be perfect, all that's left is to stop selling other animals like birds and rabbits! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com bastante variedade e um bom atendimento. Sempre comprava na loja do Maracanã, porém nessa unidade de vila Isabel tive uma excelente experiência.
