★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É pessimo, entregas demoram horas msm sendo do lado, gritaria de família no meio do atendimento telefónico enquanto o cliente aguarda, cobram taxa de entrega sem avisar, oferecem parcelamento mas o entregador simplesmente diz q não sabe utilizar a máquina de cartão e daí coloca direto. Deviam tomar vergonha na cara e pelo menos contratar um entregador em vez de ficar enviando um senhorzinho q mal sabe fazer as coisas direito.
It is terrible, deliveries take hours msm being on the side, family shouting in the middle of the telephone service while the customer waits, charge delivery fee without warning, offer installment payments but the delivery person simply says q does not know how to use the card machine and then puts it straight . They should be ashamed of themselves and at least hire a delivery man instead of sending a little man who barely knows how to do things right.
