Eu encomendei uma torta com um tempo de antecedência, a atendente me amostrou a foto que SERIA a decoração e na hora de pegar o bolo, A DECORAÇÃO TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE da foto que ela me amostrou. Eu achei isso errado, falta de consideração com o cliente. Se não tinha aquela decoração, pelo menos avisava, ou faria uma melhor do que na foto. Nessa questão a empresa tem que ter mais responsabilidade e RESPEITO pelo cliente.

I ordered a pie some time in advance, the clerk showed me the photo that WOULD be the decoration and when it was time to get the cake, THE DECORATION TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the photo she showed me. I thought this was wrong, lack of consideration for the customer. If he didn't have that decoration, at least he would warn him, or he would do a better job than in the photo. In this matter, the company must have more responsibility and RESPECT for the customer.
