★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha gatinha, de quase 16 anos para tomar banho, qdo fui buscar, deparei com a pequena com olho machucado, falaram q alguma bolinha deveria ter estourado disseram para eu levar ela para casa e passar soro para limpar e levar ao médico, neste dia a veterinária não estava e o responsável q estava lá não a levou d nem deu atendimento médico, no outro dia cedo fui até lá, a veterinária não estava e pediu para eu levar na Unisa resumindo, qdo encontrei uma clínica, descobri q o olho da gata foi perfurado, o líquido q estava escorrendo era o olho vazando, ela passou a tarde é noite inteira neste estado, sendo q foi perfeita para o banho e não teve socorro médico.
Após cirurgia para retirar o olho, e com risco de vida por ser idosa, até o momento, após 7 dias do ocorrido, eu procurei por duas vezes os responsáveis e não tive a mínima atenção ou preocupação com minha gata.
Por eles, estaria ainda passando soro no ferimento.
Nunca tive nada a falar deles mas, depois deste tipo de tratamento me decepcionei, e por favor, tomem cuidados com seus animais.
I left my kitten, almost 16 years old to take a shower, when I went to get it, I came across the little girl with a bruised eye, they said that some little ball should have burst, they told me to take her home and pass serum to clean and take it to the doctor, on this day the vet wasn’t there and the person in charge q was there didn’t take her or give her medical attention, the other day I went there, the vet wasn’t there and asked me to take her to Unisa to sum up, when I found a clinic, I found out the cat’s eye it was perforated, the liquid that was oozing was the eye leaking, she spent the whole afternoon in this state, being that it was perfect for bathing and there was no medical help.
After surgery to remove the eye, and life-threatening because I am elderly, until now, after 7 days of what happened, I sought twice for those responsible and did not have the least attention or concern for my cat.
For them, serum would still be passing the wound.
I never had anything to say about them, but after this type of treatment I was disappointed, and please take care of your animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já amava mandar meus cachorros no pet e hoje tive a experiência com a clínica veterinária. Foi só amores. Dra. Luana é maravilhosa, deixa tudo muito bem explicado, muito gentil e ótima com os animais.
I already loved to send my dogs in the pet and today I had the experience with the veterinary clinic. It was just love. Dr. Luana is wonderful, she explains everything very well, very kind and great with the animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra pediu pra cortar os pelos do ouvido da minha cachorrinha Amora para por remédio, simplesmente esqueceram de avisar e disseram que teriam que dar banho novamente, molhar e secar tudo de novo e no caso não daria porque teria que agendar tudo de novo, fiquei indignada. Já tem mais de 10 anos que levo meus animais lá e não tenho o que reclamar da Dra Luana mas quanto ao pet sempre me deixam a desejar e sempre por falha de comunicação. Acredito que precisem de mais funcionários, porque só tem uma a Maria que sempre esquece de avisar os detalhes de nossos pedidos.
The Dra asked to cut the hair from the ear of my puppy Amora for medicine, they simply forgot to warn and said that they would have to bathe again, wet and dry everything again and in this case it wouldn't work because I would have to schedule everything again, I was outraged. I have been taking my animals there for over 10 years and I have nothing to complain about from Dr. Luana, but as for the pet, they always leave me wanting and always because of communication failure. I believe they need more employees, because there is only one Maria who always forgets to tell us the details of our orders.
