Emitiram apenas um cupom fiscal datado do dia 10/06, sendo que realizei a compra dia 12/06/2021. Não desisti na minha NOTA FISCAL, É MEU DIREITO E QUERO A MESMA.
22/11/2021: A primeira avaliação não foi feita em novembro, e sim no dia seguinte ao ocorrido. Só recebi minha nota fiscal porque eu entrei em contato direto com o proprietário e ele resolveu meu problema, se fosse depender da MÁ VONTADE e PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO DAS FUNCIONÁRIAS eu não teria recebido minha NOTA FISCAL. No ATO DA COMPRA EU EXIGI A NOTA FISCAL, PORQUE DIREITO DO CONSUMIDOR, CUPOM FISCAL NÃO TEM VALIDADE NENHUMA. E pode passar mil anos, a minha avaliação para vocês continuará a mesma, PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!
Terrible attendance. I bought a drug for R$1,201.00, paid in cash and they refused to issue my Invoice, which is my right. They only issued a tax coupon dated 06/10, and I made the purchase on 06/12/2021. I didn't give up on my INVOICE, IT'S MY RIGHT AND I WANT IT.
11/22/2021: The first evaluation was not carried out in November, but the day after the event. I only received my invoice because I got in direct contact with the owner and he solved my problem, if it were to depend on BAD WILL and POOR SERVICE FROM EMPLOYEES I would not have received my INVOICE. IN THE ACT OF PURCHASE I REQUIRED THE INVOICE, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHT, THE INVOICE IS NOT VALID IN ANY TIME. And it may pass a thousand years, my assessment for you will remain the same, POOR SERVICE!

Os profissionais são muito educados e atenciosos. Devo dizer que, assim que identificam algum ponto de alerta no animal, comunicam imediatamente.
Conta com estrutura para atendimento veterinário de qualidade com uma profissional que trata dos animais com muito carinho, atenção e dedicação.
Levo meu cachorro lá desde a adoção. Ele vai para lá com tanta alegria que nem preciso segura-lo na coleira. Ele até entra por conta própria para tomar banho.
