★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta, pois minha gata estava mordendo e arranhando muito, avançando em mim e minha filha. Levei o Vet nem abriu a caixa. Pedi para seda-la e eu arrumar um lugar para ela e ele disse que não adiantaria muito, porque demoraria em torno de 2 horas. Me indicou um lugar como ONG - Bichos Gerais - que na realidade é uma ORG e clinica, onde também não quiseram seda-la. E pensem bem, eu não estava pedindo de graça. Ele me passou o telefone de Helen, que poderia pegar, cuidar e eu talvez até recupera-la mais calma depois. Não atende o telefone, deixei recado estou até agora esperando. NAO recomendo.
I made an appointment, because my cat was biting and scratching a lot, advancing on me and my daughter. I took Vet or opened the box. He gave me Helen's phone number, which he could pick up, care for, and I might even get her back more calmly later. You don't answer the phone, I left a message. I'm waiting until now. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ é a terceira vez que encaminho meu cachorro para tomar banho neste pet shop. No entanto, hoje aconteceu duas coisas primeiro o banho foi péssimo, mas principalmente os olhos do meu cachorro estão irritados desde a hora que ele chegou (quase 4 horas) ele custa abrir os olhos, não sei é algum produto impróprio ou machucaram o olho dele durante o banho. Apenas sei que nunca mais o levarei para este estabelecimento e não o recomendo para ninguém!
it is the third time that I send my dog to bathe in this pet shop. However, today two things happened first, the bath was terrible, but mainly my dog's eyes are irritated since the time he arrived (almost 4 hours) he costs to open his eyes, I don't know is an inappropriate product or hurt his eye during the bath. I just know that I will never take you to this establishment again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

E agora tivemos a oportunidade de ir na peticho, e por mais que atravessamos a cidade para ir, valeu a pena, por toda a experiência e ótimo atendimento que tivemos. Com certeza iremos mais vezes na Peticho e iremos indicar também, recomendo!!!!
I have great recommendations for this place, especially since my wife has already received a referral from her uncles. And now we had the opportunity to go to the peticho, and as much as we crossed the city to go, it was worth it, for all the experience and great service we had.
