★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a minha cachorrinha no GUARU PET SHOP Matriz, localizado na Avenida Torres de Tibagy, 90, no dia sábado, dia 18/04/2015, às 14 horas, para seu primeiro banho e tosa. Tinha acabado de adotar a cachorrinha vítima de maus-tratos e abandono.
Foi falado para mim que eu poderia buscar em 40 minutos. Quando liguei após uma hora ainda não estava pronta.
Uma hora depois também não estava. Ficou pronta às 17 horas, fedida e toda machucada. Queimada pela tosa e cheia de pulga (isso porque paguei R$5,00 a mais pelo anti-pulgas).
Quando reclamei com a dona do pet shop ouvi que os “clientes são bons e não reclamam!”
Paguei R$75,00, minha cachorrinha veio tão suja quanto foi e toda machucada. Desde ontem não quer comer e brincar, está assustada e mais traumatizada do que já estava.
Se vc tem amor ao seu animalzinho não leve ao GUARU PET SHOP!!!
 I took my dog at GUARU PET SHOP Matriz, located at Avenida Torres de Tibagy, 90, on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 2 pm, for his first bath and grooming. She had just adopted the puppy victim of abuse and neglect.
It was told to me that I could fetch in 40 minutes. When I called after an hour it was not ready yet.
An hour later I wasn't either. It was ready at 5 pm, stinky and all bruised. Burned by shy and full of fleas (that's because I paid $ 5.00 more for anti-fleas).
When I complained to the pet shop owner, I heard that "customers are good and don't complain!"
I paid $ 75.00, my dog came as dirty as it was and all hurt. She hasn't wanted to eat and play since yesterday, she's scared and more traumatized than she already was.
If you have love for your pet do not take to GUARU PET SHOP !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dois de meus cachorros foram hoje lá, em torno do meio dia, um para tosa higiênica e outro para tosa total - pois estava com os pelinhos muito embaraçados e pedimos uma roupinha pra ele também. Os dois voltaram às 20h, aproximadamente. O da tosa total, com uma roupa tão apertada que o sufocava, além de estar quase em carne viva, de tão baixa que foi a tosa, e estava ainsa sem os bigodes - pasmem. O outro, filhote, voltou com as patinhas machucadas e chorando de dor. Não recomendo e nem levo mais. Meus animais sofreram maus tratos.
Two of my dogs went there today, around noon, one for hygienic grooming and another for total grooming - because he was very embarrassed and we asked him for a clothes too. The two returned at approximately 8 pm. The one with the total clip, with a clothes so tight that it choked him, besides being almost raw, it was so low that it was clipped, and he was still without his mustaches - amazing. The other, a puppy, returned with his paws bruised and crying in pain. I do not recommend nor take more. My animals suffered mistreatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que algumas pessoas tenham saído do Pet insatisfeito, mas deveriam procurar conversar e resolverem de forma adulta. Tenho 7 gatos e frequento a 4 anos essa loja bem como a loja da Rua Jacob, alias muito mais o Pet da Jacob e sempre fui muito bem atendida bem como meus filhinhos. Sugestões foram feitas para se dar, apenas detonar nao vai resolver o problema acontecido no dia que acarretou no sofrimento do bichinho. Todos merecem segunda chance.
I believe that some people have left the Pet dissatisfied, but should try to talk and settle in adulthood. I have 7 cats and I went to this store as well as the Jacob Street store, a lot more of Jacob's Pet, and I was always very well attended as well as my little children. Suggestions were made to give, only detonating will not solve the problem happened on the day that led to the suffering of the pet. Everyone deserves a second chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência HORRÍVEL hoje com a proprietária e vou resumir bem o que aconteceu: Alguns dias atrás saindo desse "pet" meu cachorro urinou lá, ela gritou e foi super mal educada ao pedir para não deixar eu fazer isso.. Hoje eu fui la comprar ração e ela falo que nao era pra deixar meu pet urinar novamente, eu concordei e nisso ela continuou falando com a intenção de provocar algum atrito... Resumindo ela falo que se meu pet urinasse la ela iria mandar eu limpar, falou que nao é obrigada a isso e que se eu quiser ser atendida eu teria que deixar meu cachorrro la fora sozinho, gritou comigo na frente de um monte de pessoas pra finalizar me chamou de FOLGADA. Não existe isso é a mesma coisa que ter uma loja de roupa infantil e não levar crianças, nao deixarem elas brincar, enfim, falta de profissionalismo e perderam uma cliente, não recomendo este lugar devido à esta experiência

In short, she says that if my pet urinated there she would tell me to clean it, she said no is obliged to this and that if I want to be attended I would have to leave my dog out there alone, he shouted at me in front of a lot of people to finish called me FOLGADA. There is no such thing as having a children's clothing store and not taking children, do not let them play, in short, lack of professionalism and lost a client, I do not recommend this place due to this experience
