Logo no início das atividades na variedade de produtos era muito boa, agora a coisa ficou meio "largada" e como estão fazendo uma expansão me parece que a prioridade é outra.
Uma pena pq a loja tem tudo para ser o maior revendedor de produtos do ramo aqui em Guarulhos.
Os preços são atrativos e competitivos com os outros locais do mesmo seguimento aqui na região.

Fui hoje na loja da Azzumi - Guarulhos, como geralmente compareço a loja para fazer compras. Efetuei uma compra de R$ 9,35 no cartão de débito. A compra foi aprovada, mas a caixa informou que tinha dado um problema. Chamou uma pessoa, creio eu, do departamento financeiro, que trouxe uma folha informando que a compra no caixa foi cancelado e queria que eu passasse novamente o cartão de débito. Mostrei meu extrato bancário a ele, informando que a compra não havia sido estornada que simplesmente não houve o estorno do valor.
Acabei deixando a mercadoria para a loja, mesmo sendo debitado o valor da minha conta bancária.
Estou aqui, para apresentar meu descontentamento com a loja, que comprava da loja desde a inauguração.
Payment reversal
I went today to the Azzumi store - Guarulhos, as I usually go to the store to shop. I made a purchase of R$ 9.35 on the debit card. The purchase was approved, but the cashier said there was a problem. He called someone, I believe, from the finance department, who brought a sheet stating that the purchase at the cashier was canceled and wanted me to swipe the debit card again. I showed him my bank statement, informing him that the purchase had not been reversed, that there was simply no refund of the amount.
I ended up leaving the merchandise to the store, even though the amount was debited from my bank account.
I'm here to express my displeasure with the store, which I've been buying from the store since its opening.
