Meu cachorro saiu do banho com a mesma sujeira que entrou, parece que a parte da cabeça eles nem olharam, os pêlos na parte do pescoço e orelhas estavam até com a sujeira ainda agarrada. Nem molharam. Me roubaram 55,00 de um banho que não aconteceu e no outro dia ainda tive que sair e procurar um outro lugar para o meu cachorrinho tomar um banho descente. Como se não bastasse tudo isso, percebi que eles não tem cuidado algum com os bichinhos, a pessoa que deu o banho puxou o meu cachorro do chão até o colo dele pela coleira. Como os cachorros devem ser maltratados nesse lugar. Não volto NUNCA mais.
As for the bath service…. Bad experience!! My dog came out of the bath with the same dirt that came in, it seems that the head part they didn't even look at, the hairs on the neck and ears were even with the dirt still attached. Not even wet. They stole 55.00 from me for a bath that didn't happen and the other day I still had to go out and look for another place for my puppy to take a decent bath. As if all this was not enough, I realized that they are not careful with the animals, the person who gave the bath pulled my dog from the floor to his lap by the collar. How dogs must be mistreated in this place. I'm not coming back EVER.
