★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei alguns meses em Barueri e só levava o Max ? pra tomar banho e tosar no Kuellcão. Sou muito grata pelo bom trabalho, mas principalmente pelo carinho e amor com que trataram ele, o que tudo tutor deseja para o seu peludinho.

I stayed in Barueri for a few months and only took Max ? to bathe and shear in Kuellcão. I am very grateful for the good work, but mainly for the affection and love with which they treated him, which everything tutor wishes for his furry.

Meu Joe não quer mais vir comigo quando vai no Kwellcao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje deixei o meu pet e pedi somente para APARAR a cabeça (Ele usa laço) e o rabo o resto pode TOSAR baixinho. Houve dúvida quanto as patas e eu mandei um vídeo mostrando como seria a PATA! Só quem está na luta pra deixar crescer o topete do nosso pet sabe quão trabalhoso é! Para vcs por TOTAL falta de cuidado tosar meu pet inteiro.
DECEPCIONADA!!! Além do mais ninguém em momento algum pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e ao menos quis fazer algo para amenizar minha dor.
NÃO RECOMENDO O KUELLCÃO! Aqui no prédio já haviam me falado sobre essa falta de cuidado, e por isso salientei por msg e pessoalmente oq queria! Mas vejo que é geral! Segue foto do meu pet antes (COM LAÇO) E depois "APARADO" como eles entenderam.
