★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui compartilhar meu desapontamento referente a Clinica Lili, não necessariamente a Clinica mas a Veterinária Lili (Dra Eliane).
Sempre passei com meus cachorros nessa clínica com a Dra Alveni que por sinal uma ótima profissional. Porém há um mês atrás tive um momento de muita dor com uma das minhas cachorrinhas, cheguei em casa e ela estava passando mal não sabia ao certo o que era mas de imediato peguei ela e sai correndo para clínica que fica próximo a minha casa. Chegando lá a clínica estava fechada, porém como estava em desespero total com ela em meus braços morrendo bati no portão da casa da veterinária Lili (Dra Eliane) que fica ao lado da Clínica. Bati no portão desesperadamente pedindo ajuda ela abriu o portão e eu disse que precisava de ajuda pois minha cachorrinha estava morrendo... Ela simplesmente olhou pra minha cara pro meu desespero e respondeu: não estou com a chave da clínica!!!E eu respondi: mas pelo amor de Deus me ajude pegue ela tenta fazer alguma coisa ... Ela disse: Não posso fazer nada!!!!! Nesse momento minha cachorrinha ainda se encontrava viva, mas devido a veterinária ter negado o atendimento a ela, ela veio a falecer em meus braços....
Resolvi registrar essa situação pois foi uma perda muito grande, muito dolorida... e revoltante por saber que uma veterinária se negou a atender um animalzinho que estava morrendo...
Sei que ninguém é culpado pelo acontecido, porém a partir do momento que uma pessoa resolve ser uma veterinária faz o Juramento regulamentado pela Resolução nº 722,do Conselho Federal de Medicina Veterinária ela não deveria ter negado atendimento a ela independente da onde ela estivesse... Mas enfim...só espero que isso não aconteça com mais nenhum animal que precise de ajuda.
Obs: Como uma veterinária é dona da Clinica e não possui a chave do local?....
Infelizmente nada vai trazer ela de volta, mas deixo aqui registrado pois peço a Deus que isso não se repita com mais ninguém, com mais nenhum animal.

I always spent with my dogs at this clinic with Dr. Alveni who by the way is a great professional. But a month ago I had a moment of great pain with one of my puppies, I got home and she was having a bad time I was not sure what it was but I immediately took her and ran to a clinic near my house. Arriving there the clinic was closed, but as I was in total despair with her in my dying arms I knocked on the gate of the house of veterinarian Lili (Dra Eliane) that is next to the Clinic. I hit the gate desperately asking for help she opened the gate and I said I needed help because my dog was dying ... She just looked at my face to my despair and answered: I'm not with the clinic key !!! And I answered : but for God's sake help me get her try to do something ... She said: I can not do anything !!!!! At that moment my dog was still alive, but due to the veterinarian denying the care to her, she came to die in my arms ....
I decided to register this situation because it was a very great loss, very painful ... and revolting to know that a veterinarian refused to attend to a little animal that was dying ...
I know that no one is guilty of what happened, but once a person decides to be a veterinarian, he or she does the Oath regulated by Resolution No. 722 of the Federal Council of Veterinary Medicine she should not have denied care to her regardless of where she was. But anyway ... I just hope this does not happen to any other animal that needs help.
Obs: How does a veterinarian own the Clinic and do not have the location key? ....
Unfortunately nothing will bring her back, but I leave here registered as I pray to God that this is not repeated with anyone else, with any other animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz muito tempo que passei lá, uns dois anos... Achei pouco humanizado o atendimento. Nunca tive boas experiências para o atendimento lá... A primeira vez que fui, tinha outro cachorrinho (04 anos atrás), ele estava sangrando e a médica me perguntou se dava o medicamento para cortar o sangramento ou não, já me falando o valor. Ou seja, ela deixou bem claro que empresas são empresas...
Outra vez que fui há dois anos, era com minha cachorrinha que tenho atualmente. A minha cachorrinha é barraqueira, e começou a latir pra outro cachorro. Normal. Só que isso parece que incomodou os outros atendentes, que me mandou trancar a minha cachorrinha no carro enquanto eu aguardava na fila para pagar.
Gente, cachorro late mesmo! Humano não fala? Cachorro late! Em uma pet shop pensei que vcs já soubesse disso

Another time I went two years ago, I was with my dog who currently have. My dog is a hut, and it started barking at another dog. Normal. Only this seems to have bothered the other attendants, who told me to lock my dog in the car while I waited in line to pay.

Não levem seus bebês lá.. eles vão sofrer muito e a veterinária nao vai nem ligar!!!
Minha gata estava a dias sem comer e não parava de vomitar... e a veterinária deu uma injeção q custou 175 reais!!!
Q não serviu pra nada pq minha gata continuou ruim.. entao ela passou 2 remédios q custaram 50 reais e mandou eu dar por 5 dias, oq nao adiantou nada..
Entao enviei uma msg falando q nao adiantou.. e agora falam q ela esta atendendo uma emergencia e nao pode me atender.. fazem 10 dias q minha gata nao come nada e só vomita..
Se não vai cuidar dos animais fecha essa clínica..!!!

My cat was days without food and kept vomiting ... and the vet gave an injection that cost 175 reais !!!
Q was not good for anything because my cat remained bad .. so she passed 2 medicines that cost 50 reais and told me to give for 5 days, what was no use ..
So I sent a message saying that it was no use .. and now they say that she is attending an emergency and can not answer me .. 10 days ago my cat eats nothing and only vomits ..
If you will not take care of the animals close this clinic .. !!!
