★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, meu cachorro voltou com um pedaço grande do pelo cortado do rosto, não achei correto pois pedi para não cortar nada dele é mesmo assim eles cortaram.
Quando reclamei, a responsável disse que ela achou melhor cortar, como se fosse dela o cachorro.

Não levem nunca seu animal de estimação em um local com profissionais despreparados e sem conhecimento...!
Resumindo, péssimo serviço!!!

Foram super atenciosos com os lacinhos que ficaram no pelo do meu cachorro, a dona me explicou tudo gentilmente sobre retirar os laços para o pelo não quebrar!! Ótimo atendimento ❤️

Levei minha cachorrinha pra banho algumas vezes, e 1 tosa, feita pela proprietária, q demonstrou não ter experiência nem mesmo na parte higiênica, ou seja, só trata como comércio mesmo, pois na última vez minha Mel ficou lá umas 3 horas só pra banho, onde ao questionar a atendente informou na maior cara d pau q chegaram outros cachorros q precisaram largar a minha pra ajudar c/ os outros. Depois entendi melhor, pq iriam ganhar mais c/ esses q nem sequer tinham horário marcado, do q a minha q por ser 1, o valor é um só. Não levem seu Pet lá, há outros lugares bem melhor, tb c/ ótimo preço. Caso queiram verificar tenho conversas do whatsap q comprovam essa péssima experiência.
HORRIBLE. Total lack of respect for our pet. Then I understood better, because they would earn more with those who didn't even have an appointment, than mine because it's 1, the value is just one. Don't take your pet there, there are other places much better, also with great prices. If you want to check I have whatsapp conversations that prove this bad experience.
