Também disse que não tinha horário, mesmo não tendo horário, quis saber qual o valor e ela respondeu que não dão informação de valor por telefone. Ah, me poupe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com esse Petshop foi a pior possível, levei meu dog lá pra um banho e alertei sobre cortar as unhas que não o faço pq prefiro que um profissional o faça , o banho era pra demorar cerca de 40 minutos visto que é um Pug , ou seja , raça pequena , demorou mais de uma hora achei estranho e fui lá , quando cheguei haviam quebrado uma unha dele atingindo a veia e rachado outra , ainda vieram falar que o problema estava no meu dog pq ele " não é bonzinho" ah me poupem , se nem um dog pequeno dão conta melhor colocar um aviso que só atendem cachorro adestrado. Além disso não sei exatamente o que fizeram lá com ele o procedimento foi terminado por volta das 13h00 , ele ficou super agitado só se acalmando por volta das 17h00 e quanto a unha quebrada que sangrou bastante ainda estou tratando pois como sabemos incomoda bastante nossos pets a região das patas com algum ferimento , algo que evito de fazer em casa e a avisei assim q cheguei. Não volto e não indico , é um barato que sai caro . E o piso com aquela madeira na área onde dão banho é péssimo, deve machucar os bichinhos que ficam no chão alí.
My experience with this Petshop was the worst possible, I took my dog there for a bath and warned me about cutting my nails, which I don't do because I prefer a professional to do it, the bath was supposed to take about 40 minutes since it's a Pug, that is, small breed, it took more than an hour I thought it was strange and I went there, when I arrived they had broken one of his nails reaching the vein and cracked another one, they even came to say that the problem was with my dog because he is "not good" ah me save, if not even a small dog can handle it, it's better to put a notice that they only serve a trained dog. Besides I do not know exactly what they did with him there , the procedure was finished around 13:00 , he was super agitated only calming down around 17:00 and regarding the broken nail that bled a lot I am still treating it because as we know it bothers our pets a lot . region of the legs with some injury, something I avoid doing at home and I warned her as soon as I arrived. I won't go back and I won't indicate it, it's a cheap one that is expensive. And the floor with that wood in the area where they bathe is terrible, it must hurt the little animals that are on the floor there.
